Tommy did a great job. He has had some health issues this last year and his work schedule has been limited. I was lucky enough to catch him one of this last empty spots in May. Hopefully he will be available again sometime in July or August 2021.

Great job, reasonable cost.

Tommy fit me in quickly, arrived on time, got the job done, and cleaned up after himself. He had me buy the parts in advance, which saved his time and my money. Lucky for me that we already had access on the other side of the "wet wall", which made the job quicker and simpler. He provided a 90 day warranty.

As usual, Tommy provided excellent service. Promptly fixed the issue and provided a clear explanation of what probably happened and how to address it if it happens again as well as other possible options.

Its the second time I've called the Drain Doctor, and I've had excellent service both times.

We were not home when they did the work. We came home and did not notice it had been done till the next day. The drain is open and running freely. They removed the grass and replaced it in such a way that our yard was not disturbed at all. What a great job. Price was very good too. We'll call on them the next time we have drain issues.

I highly recommend this company,I have used him over the years and he has been great. Very pleasnt to work with, and the price is not bad at all, Used him for garbage disposal units, several parts on our toilets, unclogging drains and changing out faucets.

Tommy did a great job. He is very friendly and professional. The man has the patience of Job. I misled him to the wrong faucet and he started his work. He discovered it was the wrong outlet, repaired what he had started and then moved to the correct outside faucet to complete his work. He never complained or got upset. I would have him back in a heart beat!

I called Tommy and explained what I needed. To my great surprise he said he was on his way to another job in Dublin and would be able to stop by. Of my 3 drains, one was completely blocked and the other two were open but one of them seemed partially blocked because heavy water flow would back up through a downspout ground fitting. Tommy snaked all 3 drains and discovered that the completely blocked one had severe damage and would need replacement. But he did open it to some degree and provided a quote for the eventual replacement which I agreed immediately to get scheduled. He broke through significant roots in one of the others and recommended annual snaking of that one to keep it working well. He is also going to return to repair a sump pump outlet from the house which seems to have had pipe joints separate in the ground. Tommy impressed both my wife and me with his personality, professionalism and work ethic. He seems to do great work at a very reasonable price. We will see how the upcoming drain line replacement goes, but at this time we would be very happy to hire him again for any kind of drainage or plumbing work.

It went well. He explained the process and what replacement parts were needed. I have my outdoor water faucet back! Much needed for outdoor maintenance.

Fantastic job! Tommy was friendly and courteous. He performed his job with the utmost professionalism. He cleaned up and disinfected the area where he cleaned out or mainline. He also cleaned the continuous drain line and 2 downspouts. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I already have!!

Our sump pump was not discharging water out to the curb. The night before, there was continuous rain for hours and led to the sump pump filling up. I called Drain Doctor of Cols, late the next morning, with the expectation of not being able to have a tech come out the same day. Tommy said he had a booked schedule, yet said we would be the last appt for the day. I explained the situation to him and he said no problem. Our sump pump was replaced and had couple of our lines cleaned out from the downspout to the curb. With this all said, Tommy was professional, honest with what needed to get done and was in contact several times to let us know his status. Also, the overall price was fair for the work/job performed; which Tommy explained the cost/pricing before doing any work. We would highly recommend Drain Doctor of Cols and will be using their service(s) again.

Went well and spigot is still working great approx a year later. I've hired him to snake drains at my rental properties. I'm reschedule to have him install hardware for my claw foot tub. I had to cancel prior appointment due to my busy schedule. But I will write another review when job is completed I don't remember cost of spigot but it was an Angie's Deal. His rates are in line with other plumbers; not the lowest but not the highest. Approx $85/ hr plus parts.

Well done! Blockage was found within minutes and repairs were done in about 1/2 hour!

When our sump pump backed up into our basement and we realized we had a line blocked from the house to the curb, I thought we were in for a huge repair. Called around, some people were booked up to a week out. Tommy called me right back and was willing to fit me in the next day, before a 3-day weekend. He came out, snaked the lines, found the break, dug it up, replaced the line (and my grass) in about 90 minutes. Could have been a huge issue and he took care of it quickly and at a great price. Would use again for anything plumbing related for sure. Thanks for saving us!

Great. It resolved the problem

Wonderfully. I wish I could have given A+ in a couple categories. I called late morning and Tommy was able to come that afternoon. He took one look and knew what was wrong. The fix was relatively simple and took very little time. He explained what was wrong and what he needed to do. He was such a nice guy and made friends with my dog. I know who I'll be using for all my future plumbing needs.

It was an emergency. Build up of water under refrigerator due to an old water filter and broken housing caused a leak in the basement, He removed my refrigerator, removed the filter and housing and cleaned up the water, making sure the water was shut off to the ice maker.

Fantastic service. Great work. Identified break in drain line and repaired. Left temporary line in place until service could be executed to remedy permanently. Highly recommend and would use again!
