James was extremely professional and Genuinely a nice guy! He responded promptly, followed up and showed up on time, fast efficient, cleaned up. While the issue we discovered is out of his scope of services, I would hire James and crew again without hesitation!

Professional, respectful and price was reasonable. Very responsive and provided tips to prevent future issues. Cleaned up after service and removed all waste as required. Would definitely recommend them and would hire again.

They were able to come out the same day and get the drain running again. Cleanup was a little lacking but no contractor cleans up as well as the homeowner.

Once Mr. Wilkerson arrived, I told him the problem I was having with my sink. He then started performing the work to unclog my drain. It did not take that long for him to unclog my drain and he checked to make sure it was running fine before he left. I continued to monitor the flow of the water draining in the sink. It has been a week since he performed the work on my sink and I have not had any problems so far.

A clogged storm drain caused my condo to be flooded. After cleaning up, I knew I was going to have to get the storm drain unclogged. I called contacted Drain Fighter via Angie's List and set up the appointment for the next day. The appointment was set up for early in the morning and the worker, James, came on time and ready to go. He snaked the drain and managed to get it cleaned and demonstrated that the clog was fixed by pour water down the drain. Further confirmation came later in the day as I got hit with another heavy rain and the storm drain did not get clogged at all.

James arrived at my house first thing in the morning at the time we agreed upon,Good start. My toilet overflowed so my bathroom was covered in disgusting water among other things.James assisted me by getting up the water off the floor and then he went right to work.He did a great job and my toilet is back open for business.

Everything was perfect! James contracted me right away! My toddler “what she thought was helping mommy” had flushed her baby brother’s diaper down down he toilet! James arrived within a timely matter, he respected my wishes as far as covid restrictions. He had his mask on, & wore plastic shoe coverings. I was embarrassed a tad, bc the diaper was a poopy one lol! He assured me that it was fine, it wasn’t the worse thing he has seen! I was very pleased with my service…He even tighten down the two side bolts or screw thingies on each side of the toilet free of charge! I’m grateful for his quick response time & service! Thanks again James, hopefully I won’t need you for that service again lol, but I’m glad to have a plumber for all my future needs!
