We had an incredible experience with The Electrical Company—especially Jacob, who spent the entire day at our 101-year-old house. I handed Jacob a full list of outlets & electrical issues and he handled every single item with a great attitude and a smile. He was not only thorough but also took the time to explain what he was doing along the way, which I really appreciated. I told him upfront we were hoping to get everything done in one visit—and somehow, he made it happen. Then came the plot twist… During our final walkthrough, a few light fixtures that were working before suddenly stopped. I can only imagine the internal panic that must cause—but not Jacob. He calmly went back through everything, checked and re-checked, and didn’t stop until he found and fixed the issue. By the end of the day, everything was working perfectly—and I was honestly amazed at how much he accomplished on his own! Jacob's patience, dedication, and work ethic are top notch. Highly recommend!

Did the job

He arrived on time, was able to trouble shoot quickly, and was in & out in a reasonable amount time.

Jacob answered the phone personally when I reached and was able to be at my home in 30 minutes. He was fast and was able to remove and install a new 4ft light fixture as well as take down, troubleshoot, and reinstall an old ceiling fan/light fixture in a bedroom. He was neat and removed all the debris, old fixture, packing material, and boxes. We had no trash or clean up to worry about. We were very pleased.

Very personable, listened to what I was able to relay about my project, gave me realistic options and recommended one solution and stated the reasons why - worked to replace my panel until it was complete and added a generator connection that I had been wanting. Top notch work and service - will hire again for future projects!
