After discovering what the cause was, the pipe that was backing up should of been snaked with a camera. I was told this by a friend who had same issue.

Our 4-year-old microwave stopped working (no display, nothing). After doing some research online I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It started humming very loudly and displayed a PF (power failure) error, indicating a blown fuse or a control board failure. Wintley Baptiste from The Equipment Doctors stopped by two days after I made contact through Angi. He diagnosed the problem as a failed control board and said he would have to order the part and come back in 7-10 days to install it. He gave me an estimated price for the part and labor to install it and asked if I wanted to proceed. I said yes (if I had said no, I would owe $150 for the visit and diagnosis). Wintley called a week later, saying he had the part and could stop by that same day to install it. He did so and the microwave is working fine. The price to repair the microwave was $330. By comparison, a new microwave would have cost at least $500.

They came the next day and were very friendly and efficient.

The person that repaired my washer proved to be a reputable technician with a high level of expertise. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer and was able to fix the problem. I was particularly pleased with their giving me honest answers when I inquired about the status of ordered parts. They came out as promised after receiving the parts to complete the repair. I highly recommend this service.

The Equipment Drs. Came today to my home for 2 washers. El was our tech and he was so knowledgeable and polite. I’ve had quite a few companies come out and by FAR he diagnosed the problem. He was extremely polite and took the time to explain to us the problems and solutions. I would highly recommend this company

They handled our refrigerator repair on a Lowe’s warranty plan. They were very easy to work with. We sent a picture of the problem and they ordered everything necessary to fix it. They showed up on time and treated my wife with respect. Would recommend.
