Started out well when he was trying to diagnose the problem, he didn't bring proper tools or flashlight. He couldn't fix it said perhaps the electrical box. The couch was getting juice on both sides. He eventually took a pic at the end and said he would look for a box and get back to me. I followed up with a call to him twice but was told he is still looking for part. He did not showed up or call he has not returned with part.
