They had dehumidifier the to stop water damage and help make for insurance claim for demolition . Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor.

Ivan and his crew Randy, Eugene, Jacob, and Joe were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and very prompt. I called late in the day on a busy story day, and they were at my house within a few hours. They started putting fans up and draining water. A few days later they were back to put in more fans and remove drywall. During the whole process, they were very careful to keep the rest of the house clean. I would recommend the Flood Guys to anyone who has a flood or leak. They are honest, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

Very fast response (Joey and his team were at the house within an hour of being called.) Naturally, dealing with sewage is not a pleasant situation for anyone! The team is a group of very pleasant, hard working and patient men who do a great job of answering questions and accommodating the needs of the family while they are working. Joey was always available by phone during the job, helped us find the other workers we needed and was very helpful with our insurance company. I hope I never have a problem like this to deal with again, but if I did, they would be the people I would call. Highly recommend.

I was happy overall with the process and the team. They were professional and friendly. They answered my questions and explained what they would be doing. I did have to leave my house do to the noise of the dehumidifier, but that was a small price to pay.

Our kitchen ceiling started leaking on a very rainy Sunday night, and I found The Flood Guys' number on Angie's List. Joey answered immediately and was at our W. Seattle house within the hour. We couldn't believe how fast he responded. He took a sample of the ceiling, set up a HEPA filter and dehumidifier, and helped facilitate next steps to fix the damage to our kitchen. Sean, Jaden and Bernard were at our house a couple of days later to open up part of the ceiling and a wall to expedite the drying process. We appreciated that whatever mess was made from the demo was cleaned up very well. They contained the area with plastic and blasted it with high-powered fans. Within a few days, they were back to retrieve their equipment and tape up the exposed areas just in time for me to make Thanksgiving dinner for my family. We were so pleased with their work, expertise, professionalism and sense of urgency. If you are in need of mitigating water damage fast and competently, this is the company to call. Joey B. was very professional and exceptionally nice - especially after traveling for more than two hours to get to our house only to find nothing wrong. He could have easily charged us for the consultation or found work that really wasn't needed. Joey, Sean, Jaden and Daniel worked on drying out our upstairs and downstairs. They were professional and did a great job. We live out of state and they sent us pictures and kept us informed every step of the way. When our contractor got on site after the damage was fixed, he said The Floor Guys did a professional job, and was impressed with their work. So nice to find a company we could rely on, especially since we couldn't be there in person.

A drain line coming from the upstairs toilet had a slow leak. It ruined walls, ceilings, floors, insulation, etc. These guys were great. They were recommended by our plumber who repaired the leak. They came out immediately and got right to work. All damaged material was removed and disposed of, and everything disinfected. They had the dryers run for a little extra time to ensure that everything was completely dry. They coordinated everything with our insurance company. I would absolutely recommend them.

I was 100% pleased and satisfied with the level of service I received. Technician Sean and his assistant Bailey were friendly, efficient, and professional. They treated my house with care, explained everything that would happen, and helped me through what could have been a very stressful situation.

The Flood Guys came out the day we called. They were professional, communicative, kind and effective. Within a day they had everything measured with technology from this century, a remediation plan in place, and approved by our insurance. Joey and Josh explained everything as they went, and were back with reinforcements (Shawn, Bailey) quickly to carry out a fast, effective dry-out plan. The service was fabulous, and they advocated very effectively with our insurance company. Great job gents.

These guys were great! They helped us out immensely. They were able to help us diagnose a water leak identified when we were selling our house. They got all the repairs arranged and fixed before our close date preventing any delays. Everything was restored to original condition and looks great. Couldn't be any more pleased with The Flood Guys! I would recommend them to any one!

In a nutshell: The Flood Guys were fantastic. They stopped the spread of the water damage, they were on-site when the insurance adjuster came out and they were kind and courteous during the entire process. With all that being said, the most valuable service that Sean and Bailey of The Flood Guys gave was to help us understand the process. The series of daunting events between mitigation, insurance, other plumbing professionals and finally restoration was much easier understood with the explanations that they took the time to provide.

Everything was great. They were able to dispatch a team to inspect the damage within a couple of hours of my initial email. Sean and his colleague, whose name I forgot to write down, arrived on time, were very efficient and professional, and provided us with great recommendations to address the issue at a low cost.

These guys are great and a pleasure to work with. We had a cracked pipe that leaked into the basement. They came out and did the demo. Joey, Joey II (as I refer to him) and Sean were professional, took care of our stuff and cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and also called when on their way. Shout out to Edward and Jerome as well. They came and packed everything up in the basement and moved it so demo could begin. Such a great group of guys...very experienced, knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions (and those we didnt know we had) at a rather stressful point in time :)

Joe and Cody arrived within a few hours. They were courteous, humorous, and quick about estimating and taking moisture readings. They clearly explained the upcoming sequence of steps (and clarified they work often with our insurance agent at Pemco) and even threw in a few educational tidbits about the best mildew/mold agents and where to purchase. The next stage involved Sean, who impressed us most by his professionalism, care, and speed setting up, checking, and finally taking down noisy blowers and dehumidifiers that operated day and night to get the moisture back to the right level above and below the flooring. We felt like we were in great hands and did not have to worry about a thing and they were responsive to all our questions. We are just waiting on a contractor to put the bathroom back together now, but the Flood Guys did a phenomenal job and we wouldn't hesitate to give them a call for future work (though hopefully we won't need them again!). We can't thank them enough for their timely and professional assistance!

Great. Of all the contractors we worked with to do the repairs & subsequent upgrades, Cory & team were the best to work with by far. Hopefully we'll never have similar problems, but if we do, will certainly use the flood guys again. Cory is very professional, calm and responsive. The whole team was very thorough in their mitigation work, and and careful with all of the belongings.

Corey, Shawn, Bernard, and Ed, all behaved in a professional manner. Corey walked me through their recommendations and Shawn, Bernard and Ed performed the work efficiently, cleaning up after themselves each day. It's an unpleasant experience to go through but the Flood Guys took great care of me and my condo.

Called the Flood Guys after one of the big name companies stood us up all day long. Flood guys arrived 30 minutes after we called! Sean, Bernard, Bailey, Ed, and Cory did an amazing job. They were very professional, explained everythingthat they were doing and why, answered all of our questions, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job protecting our house from any further damage. Even better they were local so they were very fast to respond to our first call. Highly recommend!

Sean and Bailey just finished up a phase 1 job here at my home in Woodinville to mitigate water damage. Unknown to me was a seeping pipe in an internal wall which finally revealed itself with a wet baseboard. Once the pipe was exposed within the wall, it became clear that it had been creating a water problem to the surrounding walls and the floor. Sean arrived promptly upon my call for help and took over the drying and clearing up process of the mess. He was an excellent representative of and worker for the company. His work was courteous, detailed, and thorough. All of the workers who tended the job on any given day of the week long service were all professional and focused. I am sorry I did not recollect each one's name. This company was reliable for me and hired good workers who did good work at my home. Sean was always readily available to answer questions/calls via his cell phone. The company provided the necessary equipment: multiple dehumidifiers, HEPA filters, and fans. Readings were done every day with sensors and photographs were taken as part of the process. I highly recommend this company for water damage mitigation work.

Cory from the Flood Guys was just here and did an inspection of my crawl space which is only 18" high. He took pictures and explained <br /> everything clearly to me. He found the source of my odor problem and recommended what needed to be done to fix it. Since the water damage had dried up, the problem needed a more holistic approach (air intake, vapor barrier). He said he could spray something on it, but that was only a temporary fix and didn't want me to waste my time and money on that and exchange one smell for another. So he recommended contacting the businesses that do the kind of repair that I need. And he didn't charge me for the inspection and evaluation. What a nice, and very knowledgeable, person. I highly recommend him and his company. <br /> <br />

I can't say enough good things about Cory, Sean, and the crew at The Flood Guys. They have been extremely professional, patient and thorough. They were able to show up at my house within an hour of calling them, and worked closely with the plumber to identify the source of a water leak in my house. They have state-of-the-art imaging technology, are experts in their field and brought to bear a small army of fans, dehumidifiers and heat exchangers to quickly dry out the affected areas. Cory has been extremely detailed and patient in explaining the whole process, they have regularly checked in on the progress of the drying, and are very easy to get in touch with via e-mail or phone. The Flood Guys have always been kind and courteous, actively working together with my insurance company and my plumber. I recommend them highly for their professionalism, their timeliness, their results and their communication!

Corey and Dennis called before arriving to give an update on when they would arrive. Nice touch! I called them last minute, and they were able to fit me in their schedule and made it out here within two hours. They gave a thorough explanation of what they found and made suggestions for what should be done. They were friendly and professional.  I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them.

Upon discovering dripping water in our basement, I called Apollo Plumbing for an emergency callout and repair (will review Apollo separately). The Apollo plumber, upon finding water damage and that the leak was inside ductwork (which he's not permitted to open up), recommended me to contact Cory Frair at The Flood Guys, to request an assessment of the damage, and to assist with opening up the ductwork for repairs. <br /> Cory committed to being onsite with his crew at our property within 45mins - and true to his word, they arrived on time. Cory and his crew immediately got work, and began isolating the source of the water leak. This involved him having to climb up into a tiny crawl space between two floors, where he was able to identify the source of the leak - having up opened up the ductwork to allow Apollo Plumbing to ultimately make the repair. <br /> Cory then assessed the extent of the water damage - which he concluded to be very minor, and provided me with recommendations that I could do myself to dry out the affected area.  <br /> I was fully expecting to be hit with a big bill for the investigative work and to remediate the issues - but imagine my surprise when Cory noted that the job was so minor in nature, that they wouldn't charge me for call out or work! <br />
