Plumber charged $325 and claimed it was covered by a two guarantee. The faucet still leaks, plumber made two appointments to come back and fix it and no showed both times. Now they don't answer my calls.

Charged $256.00 to clear drain and after checking most plumbers charge $90.00 for this.

Greatly recommend! Here’s our experience. We had an appointment scheduled, but the technician ran outside of the window provided. They did keep in touch throughout that time, but we had to reschedule the appointment for the next day. The two appointment times that they had available did not work with previous engagements. So the owner of the company came out to fix our drain during a window of time that worked for me. He was professional, prompt, and very efficient, as were all the employees I spoke with. He was very informative and personable while working. Would absolutely use again and recommend to all of my friends! Thank you!

I have needed to have these guys help me with my plumbing needs since I bought my home in 2005. None of the big name companies I've hired for help with my bathtub faucet drip did what Ricco did. Persevere, determined, to figure out if he could fix my cold water drip, ultimately, succeeding!! I don't want to tell his company how much he saved me...($400) by doing a fix instead of replacing entire pipe. Thank you, thank you, thank you! And, if I could post a picture here, I'd post the one with Ricco digging in to the repair inside my tub, while the apprentice supervisor over saw his work, my pug, Lucy sat quietly under his legs, and enjoyed getting petted. Thanks gentlemen!

Both men were courteous and professional. They did their work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work was done.
