Absolutely fking horrible. they told me the motor stopped working and asked me to cut a hole in my ceiling so they can access it; I followed up multiple times for a second visit and I got ghosted; so I have a hole in my apartment and freezing in the winter. To add, my elderly parents are living with me during the holiday and they have to suffer through it because of the non-responsiveness, when all I?m asking is to put a date in the calendar for a return visit. I hired another contractor , he said it was completely unnecessary to open the ceiling and had no issue accessing the motor and diagnosing the issue with fast turnaround time. Hence not only am I forced to spend close to $1k for the freaking hole, but also had to deal with obnoxious owner Peter who ghosted and refused to apologize. Neighbor used them for a job, and they short circuited the hvac and burned the plastic inside and almost set the apartment on fire. Absolutely the worst

Really poor customer service. They were not authorized to enter our space without us there, and secretly requested permission to enter from the super without even notifying us that they came and left four days before our appointment.

They are honestly really good. The owner of the company is very responsive. Their technicians are very thorough. They get the job done properly. One of their main technicians is really passionate for his work.

Peter was super responsive and helpful. They were punctual and professional. Definitely recommend.

The experience is fine. When you call they are well set up in terms of scheduling. Everything is done online. We are made aware that they're gonna come in. They respond and get it fixed. Pricing is very fair. Very happy. I would recommend.
