The Galaxy's Finest Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I have used Galaxy's Finest for 8+ years now and they always do a fantastic job. Jeffery is responsive to email, text and calls, shows up on time, confirms appointments and even calls me yearly to see if I'm ready to schedule service. He does a great job cleaning rugs, carpet and furniture. Highly recommended.

Jeff did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in our 4 story townhome. It is a not an easy job with lots of stairs and it all looked great when he was done. Very professional.

Jeffrey Kilmer did an excellent job cleaning two couches and several large room rugs. Very personable and professional. The cost was more than fair. Something important to me is there was no mess left behind (wet footprints, dirty water, etc.) I highly recommend Galaxy's Finest. I had him add me to his call reminder list to have my rugs cleaned yearly.

Jeff was an excellent communicator. He was patient when I had to reschedule, always pleasant and straightforward. He appeared at 7am ready to work but totally courteous of me and my child. The work was done by noon. All the carpets are restored to like new in color and texture. The smell is eradicated! Really beautiful work!

My experience with Jeff at The Galaxy's Finest was excellent. Jeff was very responsive and scheduled me for service within a few days of the call. He was prompt and fast. Plus he demonstrated his vast knowledge of carpet cleaning by making recommendations to help preserve the life of my carpeting. I have a few dogs and pee in inevitable. He made my carpets and area rug look new again. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. In fact, I'll have him come back next year for an annual cleaning.

Jeff was on time and communicated well He did a great job and was very concerned about ensuring all spots and more heavily soiled areas were fully clean. He is just one person and does not have a helper but performs well Even though they state up front the don't move furniture, they mean it and don't move ANY furniture. However with my assistance he did help us move a few items to allow full area cleaning

Jeff and Galaxy offer the best service I have ever received - thorough, professional, informative, FANTASTIC. This is a company that has an old-fashioned pride in its work. His prices are competitive and are an incredible deal when you consider how much BETTER their service is than many other cleaners. He also took the time to advise us on what was necessary and what really wasn't - all to save us money. (We were over a barrel, and he could have easily had us order all sorts of unnecessary work - but he is an honest man.) Jeff came to try to restore our home after a serious heating/duct problem had deposited soot in every room of the house, saturating several of the carpets -- and the wall to wall carpets are all beige and white. Not only did Jeff get the gunk out of all of them-- wall to wall and area rugs -- but he arranged to come back to get the one carpet that was too soaked with gunk to come completely clean the first time. After he did such a terrific job on the disastrous carpets, we had Jeff come and do all of the upholstery in the house. These are sofas and upholstered chairs that had survived 5 kids -- and Jeff made them look nearly good as new. He is great with kids, patient with dogs, and a delight to have in your home. Could not be happier and more grateful to him for restoring our home!
