Terrible. We decided to order new garage doors through the provider. After significant delays and a number of phone calls and other communications that were not returned, the doors finally arrived. We were asked for more payment as there were additional "issues" with the installation. We had another garage program ongoing at the time of delivery (we waited 4mo plus for installation after being told it would be 6-8 weeks), and were not able to accommodate the installation of the openers we had ordered. The provider asked for full payment with multiple promises of return, but never did after 6 months. We have a series of unreturned phone calls and communications. <br />

They were fine. Product only worked so-so though. Nothing on them. <br />

This company is a scam. <br /> Carl Whelton showed up one week earlier than agreed upon, and never returned to finish the job I paid him cash to complete. The service he did provide at the time of his visit seemed to be fine, though, and Carl seemed to be a nice and professional guy. The weather stripping along the sides of the two garage doors was supposed to be replaced and included in the payment, and he promised to return with the strips since he didn't have them on his truck that day. He only replaced the weather stripping on the bottom.  It was a mistake on my part to trust him since he never returned. I have called many times during the last two months and he has not returned my calls. <br />  I paid a total of $400 for a service call, new pulleys, tension adjustment, and oil for one door, and new bottom and side weather strips for  both doors.  <br /> I was initially going to buy a $69 coupon from Amazon Local for a garage door service of two doors by Garage Door Co of Boston but called the company first to make sure he had parts for my particular garage doors. Carl answered and surprisingly suggested I book directly through him instead so he wouldn't have to pay Amazon 50%.... .His bill still reflected the Coupon $69 price despite him not performing some of the tasks that were included there such as replacing the rollers, and he also added his regular hourly fee of $75 minus a $50 discount for paying cash... <br /> I have called the  number provided on his receipt (781) 708-2373 and left several messages. I have also called the number provided on his website (in his wife Lisa Whelton´s name) (781) 686-9731. Her voice box is full. <br />

Just Don't even think to try working with them

Work was satisfactory.  They came on a weekend to replace the door on a cold December.  He worked steadily until the work was completed.  <br />

He explained all the issues with the door - why it was hard to move, age of door, approximate cost to repair and replacement types.  He was very experienced and explained all issues thoroughly.  Door moves better than ever. <br />

Excellent the new door rocks, and the job was done well and every details was covered. I am moving and will contact them again for the new place. <br />

Was supposed to clean from the gutter to 10' up on the roof, but they said that the roof was too steep.  there was no reduced price for not doing this part.  The price seemed kind of steep and only covered a small length of gutter.  the Owner said that they had not provided this service  before and were feeling out the correct price for the work. Overall, they did what they said that they would do, cleaned out the gutters of ice and did not damage the gutters or downspouts. <br />
