Fine. The repair was completed without a problem.

We bought a package from him and it didn't turn out good as far as what he said and what we needed. We were disappointed in that. We bought the deal for a $25 tuneup, and he said whatever we bought didn't work, and that it should've been higher. Unfortunately, we ended up paying $120.  <br /> <br /> The door is still working.

Went well. We had an issue later on and he came and charged nothing.

I asked them him to service the garage door was working properly and that everything would be adjusted well. I asked him to replace the light bulbs in the garage door opener and he said that he didn't have any. I provided him with some light bulbs, but he only put in 1 instead of 2. I asked him to sync up my garage door opener with my car but he was unable to do so as he did not know how.

Dustin works on and installs garage doors..that's it! He's done it for twenty years and it shows in his quality of work. Definitely recommend.

He was very prompt, and was very quick with the service. He pointed out where the door had cracks (which I knew), and offered options to strengthen it for a longer life. I agreed, and he proceeded. He also showed me how to better take care of it so it might last a bit longer. In all I was very pleased with the outcome.

Dustin is great at what he does. My old garage door was the original builder grade opener put in my house 13 years ago when it was built. It was no longer functioning properly, and after trying several different ways to correct the problem, Dustin explained how the opener had simply worn out and it was time to replace it. Dustin recommended a quality new opener that I had installed in my other home a couple of years back and know it to be a good product. Dustin is very thorough, happy to explain what he is doing every step of the way, and has an attention to detail and pride in his work that is unfortunately hard to find these days. Dustin did a great job for me, and I intend to recommend him to my family and friends. If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable about all things that have to do with garage doors, and is a good and honest person, Dustin is your man.

Dustin replaced my garage door after the hail storm we had in Wylie. He answered all my questions honestly, helped me select the door that worked for me, and had it installed in a few days after the door was picked. I decided to go with Dustin, after contacting numerous companies, because I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable and if something did go wrong I would not have any issues with him coming back out.
