"We did do the gutters on this house and when you put on gutters you have to pull the drip edge out so you can get the gutter behind the drip edge, if you do not do this the water will fall behind the gutter.( we do this on ever job that has the drip edge to tight ). The dip in the gutter is because the downspout is 2' in from the edge of the house and you need to back pitch the gutter so the water doesn't sit in the end of the gutter. we try to do 2 gutter jobs a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon that is why we show up late in the after noon to some jobs. We put leafree on this house and yes we did tear one of the shingles that was our fault ( no excuses that was bad ) we did go back out and fix all the thing the home owner ask of us. WE forget some time that weather is a part of what we do and we can't ask our employees to work in the rain, and I also work in the field so making phone calls is always part of my time in the morning and evenings, I am sorry [member name removed] that I was not there when you tried to call , we now have added a full time office person to answer the phone"
