From initial contact, response was professional and timely. One employee came out to get measurements at which time pricing was confirmed. I signed the intent to purchase order and it took about 2 weeks for the window to be made. They contacted me for install date. A sub contractor showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up and told me to wait 24 hours before attaching the dryer vent to window. All good.

The Glassblock Warehouse did an excellent job. They were easy to work with, flexible with my schedule, very responsive, arrived on time, and did quality work for a competitive price. Everything you'd desire and expect. We even had a minor surprise when pulling out the original wood frame windows, but they took care of making sure things were done properly at same price. The only recommendation I would have going forward is that it potentially would be good for them to perhaps have a shop vac to cleanup a little better on the inside afterwards. But not a biggie. I would definitely recommend their services. It is good to see an honest family run business succeeding in these days.

Very professional salesman and polite efficient one man installer, the only reason I did not give an A on price is because no Angie's list discount was offered. I don't know if it was automatic but I suggest asking for one. Clean fast work, and payment not required until job completed. Keeps noise out near air conditioner, beautiful look inside and out. Can not see into basement even with lights on and the window vented screened area open much wider than expected. Dryer vent easy to install myself as we had to wait 24 hours to reinstall. Makes the whole basement look updated and finished. My cost was for 3 windows with screened openings, 1 with dryer vent and 2 window without extra details. My old windows were poorly sealed and allowed moisture to get into basement area and cause cracking to mortar around cement blocks, this will definitely help stop that along with the security and beauty of the look.

I had a broken window latch and air was leaking into the basement. I ordered the windows, and they were made and installed in the same week. The installers did a great job and left no mess. I would definitely recommend them.

It vent very well from the initial contact to the point of installation. The company was very responsive, they honored an Angie's List discount and were prompt and helpful. I thought i might have an unusual size to my windows and John thought he would have to come out to verify the measurements, but I realized i measured wrong and they gave me an estimate over the phone based on the new correct measurement. On the day of installation, everything was super smooth with a great team doing the installing. They had two windows done expertly in less than an hour.

From meeting for the initial walk- through to installation, they were punctual and professional. They also cleaned up the jobsite and didn't leave any debris from their part of the project.
