Insisted the door would not completely close after work which would not allow doors to lock as before. After I insisted that it was not acceptable, adjustment was made to correct. The real purpose for contacting them was to get the locks and handles replaced. I gave the tech one handle from the door and a new style close to what I wanted. I heard nothing for a month. When I finally called the owner I said he couldn't find replacements. When I asked him to return the handles, he sounded annoy and said, "Sure". He has never returned them.

They showed up the same day I called to give an estimate. The glass had to be special ordered. It was installed inside of a week.
