The Glass Smith team are all wonderful and professional. I spoke extensively with Devon and provided him photos of our bathroom window that suffered from a leaky seal. I sent him pictures of the window and he came back with several options and then later that day, Jermaine came out to measure for the replacement. He was detailed, thorough and very gracious. That's the team at the Glass Smith--they're all gracious and kind people who are also knowledgeable and professional. I would gladly hire them again!

I could shout from the rooftops about how amazing this company is! They put in a lot of hours of hard work and did such an incredible job! First, I will say that the manager, Devon, is incredible. He was so patient with my husband and I as we tried to navigate an issue with our windows. We are first-time homebuyers, so we don’t really know what we’re doing yet. Nonetheless, he took the time to call me several times and help explain things to me. Now I have to talk about Jermaine! He came out to fix out windows that desperately needed to be recaulked. He said it was evident that whoever did the original work did not do a quality job. The job requires much more than a standard recaulking, but he worked tirelessly. There was also another gentleman there whose name is escaping me, but he was kind and helpful as well. When I undoubtedly need my windows replaced in a few years, I know who to call! Thank you for bringing this anxious new homeowner some peace of mind.

Noticed that one of our front windows was cracked on Tuesday or Wednesday. The manager, Devon, gave me a quote from pictures/measurements and his tech, Jermaine, came out the same day to get exact measurements and order the glass. Jermaine was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He went the extra mile to make sure our window was made correctly and even came out on a Sunday afternoon to get it installed ASAP. Highly recommend these guys.

Top notch from the manager all the way down top the technician. I received phone quotes based on a picture to replace a botched job on a custom sliding glass. So I don’t mess up the manager’s name I am going to call him D. I was extremely impressed because he stated he would send someone out within 30 minutes to take precise measurements of the glass. Superb communication skills. Jermaine arrived within 20 minutes. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. And definitely skilled in his craft. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. He did not just take measurements of the frame. Jermaine took the frame apart to get the precise dimensions of the replacement glass. I could tell he has a superb work ethic and is a bit of perfectionist. That is a good thing as he takes pride in his work. Not only did he manually measure the frame track; he had a digital apparatus that he also used. He wanted to ensure the measurements were accurate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A####
