Jeff and his staff did a wonderful job with clean up, mulching and installing belgian block. My garden areas look beautiful. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend this company!

I recently hired The Grounds Guys of Mt. Lebanon to clean up my shrub beds, mulch all of my landscaping beds, and get my yard back in shape after the winter season — and I couldn't be happier! This is actually the second year in a row I’ve worked with them. Once again, they gave me the best price compared to other quotes and delivered outstanding results. Their team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time, completed the project quickly, and left everything looking absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed that I referred five of my neighbors — and every single one of them signed up too! These guys are the best! I love their routine. They are diligent and disciplined and move with purpose, skill and intent as a collective unit. I highly recommend Jeff and his Team. They have been providing lawn service for several years now. I’ll be retaining snow and ice removal over the winter months too.

I ordered some Green Giant arborvitae trees and the grounds guys crew did a wonderful job installing them. I’m very pleased with them and how they look in the yard.

The Grounds Guys were great. I'm in a very unique situation having to deal with the borough AND the Port Authority (TONS of red tape). But the Grounds Guys saw it through to the end and delivered an awesome product! I recommend their service to everyone.

I was in dire need need of hiring a company to build a 2 tier retaining wall and placing boulders around my property. My yard was falling and I was concerned that there would be damage to my house. Also, I had issues with random people parking in my lawn for convenience. Due to the location of the work that needed done (on a busy street against a steep hill), no one wanted to take the job. But Jeff Ungerman and his team saved the day. Jeff sent Tom out to meet with us and I was impressed from day one. Tom was not just on time, but a little early (which always impresses me). He was polite and informative of my options. I informed Tom of my budget and needs and he assured me he would relay the information to the owner. A few days later I got a response from Jeff (the owner) that he unfortunately could not stay within my budget due to rising prices and supply issues due to covid. But he never gave up on the project. After quite a lot of emails, Jeff went over every option he could come up with and we finally came up with a solution. His team was there the day after the contract was signed. His team was fast, efficient, and very professional. Jeff was there also, working right along side his crew. When the job was done, me and my husband were more than happy with the finished product. I will definitely use The Grounds Guys again and recommend them to everyone I now.

I was pleased with the work .

The work was done exactly as planned and quoted. The stonework looks great and everything was done on-time, neatly, and professionally. Overall I was very pleased and I'm having them quote a piece of follow-up work already. One particular point that impressed me with this team was that after the landscaping team finished there was a hard to reach (and hard to see) area that was not completed. I mentioned this to Robbie and the team was out the next morning to wrap it up. Their responsiveness to my comment is indicative of their approach. I would certainly recommend them and use again.

We found The Grounds Guys very professional and did very good work. Robbie did a very good job of explaining what needed to be done and the group of guys who did the job did a good job of implementing it. I think they are a good company.

Excellent, timely, effective, and highly satisfactory outcome. Jeff - (the owner) - is always responsive and communicates in a timely fashion. Overall a true professional.

[This is to amend my previous review. For some reason, it appears I could not edit it directly.] I was quoted around $700...was charged around $1600...got upset, but paid it anyway...owner contacted me after I posted here and he made it right by refunding me over half of what I paid. It was an accounting mistake. Other than that, the services performed were done to my satisfaction and they even came out to do a second quote after I did some work on my own which made the first quote no longer fit the situation.

Jeff with Ground Guys was immediately responsive to my inquiry for work (despite the horrible weather in late November). He provided an immediate quote and assured me the work would be done timely. We had a few delays due to weather, but Jeff kept me posted when he expected his guys to do the job. On the day of the job, the guys were incredibly professional, hard-working, and went above and beyond what I expected for a fall clean up. For the past 3-4 years I have used different companies for leaf clean up, but now I will use Ground Guys for all my lawn care needs.
