The shower looks like new! Kevin was always professional and prompt. He gave me a "not to exceed" bid and came in under that amount. He looked up the specifics of how best to handle the somewhat unique construction of the shower to make sure he repaired everything correctly. When my schedule unexpectedly changed and didn't allow me to meet him in the morning to begin the job, he agreed to meet me earlier in the week so I could give him a set of keys. I'd absolutely use Kevin at Grout Doctor again. <br />

We moved into a historic home (circa 1890) that had been rehabbed in 2005 and the finishing work around the showers and tubs had started to deteriorate, creating an environment where mold could grow. Kevin came out to take a look at our project within a few days of calling him.  He is very professional, personable, and accommodating. We had a tub that needed to be re-caulked that I forgot to tell him about until he was at the house doing the work and he was happy to incorporate it into the work that day.  <br /> Re-caulking the tile was something that I had been meaning to do for about six months and it kept getting pushed to the bottom of the ?to do? list.  After seeing the finished results, I found myself wondering why I didn?t call Kevin sooner!  <br />
