Stayed in touch, showed up on time, and made my floor look like a million bucks. Love the guaranteed work! UPDATE: After leaving a review and being promised a 2-year warranty on the work, I contact Eric to come back as the grout work deteriorated. After waiting months he finally calls to say he had a death in the family. I understood and told him I would be happy to wait until he could get back to work. That was in August 2019. He never did call me back or honor his word to re-do the grout in my kitchen. Lots of promises, no delivery. UPDATE 3/8/21: Still have had no word from Eric on restaining the work as promised. I find it hard to believe they are still in business if this unprofessional, unethical behavior is simply how they do business. Shameful, Eric. Your word means nothing.

Eric cleaned the tile, sealed the grout in the walls, and recaulked the entire shower. It looks wonderful He was on time for both the estimate and the work and completed the work efficiently. He also repaired the caulk in our guest room shower.

The bathroom tiles look like new, and so do the floors. The den floor was cleaned once, and they were not satisfied with the work, so they cleaned the floor again. It looks like new! The guys were always punctual and they were very personable. The price that they charged was very reasonable.

When given the estimate I was told they could clean the shower floor. When they actually came to do the job they told me they could not clean it. I was very disappointed and that was a majority of the reason I hire them in the first place. He did give me the money they give me off the price for not cleaning the shower stall floor.

Eric was timely, courteous and professional. He told us what we could expect after the caulking application and grout cleaning was complete. He also sealed the grout and ensured that the caulk color was a good match for our tile. I was quite pleased and will definitely use The Grout Guys as a service provider in the future!
