We were very pleased with the building of our new home. We contracted for a new home and have also used GuyCo for remodeling. Jon provided an excellent plan and accommodated our probably excessive input with good humor. He was always very responsive and great at communicating. Jon's attentional to detail and cost consciousness made all the difference. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest - as though he were building his own home. The end result was exceptional. GuyCo staff members were great and Jon kept tight control of all subcontractors. The crew members were very personable and conscientious about site cleanliness. I can highly recommend The Guy Corporation and would hire them again.

I’ve had a vision of my dream home since I was 14 years old. I finally found the property to build it on and saved the money to build it. The only thing I needed to get started was the builder. We used the Cost-Plus plan to build our house, and it worked well since my wife and I kept making changes. If you are looking to get the job done right, professionally, with second-to-none service and follow through and get what you pay for, there is no one better. If things go wrong (sometimes they do!), Guy Corporation will take care of you. They give also offer terrific advice based on your objectives and situation. Having experienced their excellent work, I have no intention of calling anyone else. I trust them without question.
