Excellent - two workmen worked for a day in very HOT weather to install the new walkable roof membrane.

Really well so far. Great price estimate. High quality shingles. Very immediate scheduling. Communicative via text and email. Careful workers. We are very happy with them.

Company co-owner was very diligent in explaining my options, dealing with the CRO downtown, choosing the right materials, etc. Then about 12 weeks later they sent out a crew without adequate supervision. The crew made several installation errors, took shortcuts that required re-work, removed some water-diverting design elements without replacing them, and wound up causing more leaks than they cured. The company came back out a few times to work on the leaks but finally stopped answering my messages. I now need a new gutter company and a new siding company to repair the damage.

It went well. They also answered all of our questions and concerns.

They did a great job. Very clean. Timely. No more leaks!

The roof had some pretty serious deterioration and I suspected that a lot of the wood would need to be replaced. I also had some concerns about the possibility of mold or other damage from moisture. What I appreciate most is that Doug acknowledged my concerns and kept me informed, showing me first-hand what they found; what was damaged and what wasn't. When it turned out that there was little to no insulation they offered to take care of that too. The next time I need any roofing done, they will get the call.

I strongly urge anyone using this company to ask to meet the actual installers of the roof before the job is started. The company sent workers in a van that used to belong to some other business with faded old lettering. It looked lived in. The workers placed a tarp over our air conditioner unit without a board or protection on it. The unit worked so hard it sucked the tarp to it and killed our air conditioner permanently. I went outside to see if I could figure out why it was in the 80's in our home. That was when I saw the tarp stuck to the unit with no air flow at all. The workers could not understand me when I asked them to remove the tarp because the air was not working. They did not understand what I was saying. Luckily I am hispanic and was able to tell them to take it off. The roofing company sent out someone that evening that was not even an air repair man. He said it was the thermostat. We reluctantly replaced it and still our air did not work. It was 90 in our home. We told the roofers that we wanted a certified HVAC company to look. They came and fixed it. The man said that it overheated and it tripped a circuit breaker type thing. The air worked for about 3 days but making terrible noises then stopped working all together. The Happy Roof, LLC does not want to take any responsibility for the careless actions of the installers. The same installers that permanently broke the air unit also have installed parts the roof incorrectly possibly causing future damage to our home we have worked so hard to maintain for our family. I implore anyone who is contemplating using this company to be careful, meet every worker and ask for credentials for all of them. Better yet, Do Not Use The Happy Roof LLc

Upon arriving home to find numerous loose shingles on my roof, I contacted Larry Morgan (owner) of Happy Roof Company the following morning. He was very professional and extremely responsive, even though I am sure he was swamped with calls from the severe weather the area recently encountered and my repair was going to be a smaller job. Larry promptly scheduled it for the very next day, which was beyond my expectations. Much to my surprise, he then reached out to me later in the day to relay that he was actually able to squeeze me in the same day. It was such a relief to have this taken care of so quickly. Larry’s employee was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, informative and handled the work in an expeditious manner. As a real estate agent, I will definitely be recommending Larry and the Happy Roof Company to my clients and fellow agents. In a society where customer service is sometimes lacking, you won’t experience that with this company…they keep it is first and foremost – quality service all the way around with very reasonable pricing! From start to finish they were extremely professional. Crews showed up as promised and took extra care around our landscaping and picked up all debris.

Dave Long with The Happy Roof Company was amazing! He came out for the initial inspection the SAME day I called The Happy Roof Company because I had a leak. Upon the inspection, he discovered major hail damage thanks to our recent storms. The thought of an insurance claim left me with an uneasy feeling. What if the damage isn't covered? I can't afford to pay for a new roof right now. Who do I call next to start this process? I was very pleased when Dave told me he would be more than happy to help me work with my insurance company. Together we filed the claim and within a few days Dave was on the roof with the Insurance Adjustor. My roof was paid for! What a relief! I feel very positive about my decision to contact The Happy Roof Company. I will be a return customer for sure!

They were friendly, punctual, and quick.  The roof looks good.  Unfortunately there were some complications that will make me shop elsewhere.  They left edges of the decking overhanging the fascia so it is exposed.  In a few corners they aren't trued up so rain can leak into the house.  Also on a dormer they didn't correctly edge the roofline so the supporting structure is exposed and allows water to penetrate the house.  I asked them for a quote to fix everything and they wanted an additional 4k.  I had to hire a handyman to finish the work. <br />

I am really happy with the service I received from The Happy Roof Company. I selected this company after getting estimates from four other roofing companies. I selected them because the price was competitive. In addition, the company representatives I worked with, Derek Thomas and Larry Morgan, were great - they were both very knowledgeable, responsive, and always very friendly. The crew who replaced the roof were extremely hard workers. They worked quickly and efficiently. The crew supervisor, Nick, was also very customer service oriented and answered my questions promptly.
