*****DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY*****Needed our chimney clean so we contacted Angie's List and selected Brandon (The High Castle Group). He came out just as he said but that was the last thing he did that he said he would. They cleaned the chimney (at least we think he did they were only there for about 10 minutes). We knew our chimney cap was in need of replacement so I asked Brandon if he could do that. He said yes but needed to measure the chimney and order the part. Once that was done he said it would take about two weeks for the part to come in. We agreed and paid him $450.00 half of the total cost of a new chimney cap ($875.00 - this same chimney cap cost about $75.00 if purchased from a legit retailer). Anyway four weeks later still no chimney cap. We call several time be no response. Also we have found him when four different telephone number. The one on the contract is not a valid number and when you try to call it, it goes to a fast busy. Anyway we finally contacted him and he promised it would get installed. Well it did while we were on vacation and when we came home I notice a new chimney cap. I also notice that it was too small and if fact there was damaged to the corner of the chimney stack AND now our chimney leaks every time it rains. I called Brandon on January 14th and was able to talk to him. He promised me that he would be out on Monday January 20th. He also told me that he saw in the paper that the chimney cap was the incorrect and assured me it would be finished to my satisfaction. Today is Tuesday January 21st, chimney still leaks, have not heard from Brandon or The High Castle Group. This has been the

The services have been good. Price is a little high. There's been a number of delays on completing the work. They did do great work the first two times they arrived. It took longer than expected for other materials to arrive which they'll be finishing tomorrow.

Horrible. Took my money and 3 weeks later never finished the job. When he did show up, it was 3 hours late and didn't have the right parts. Then he promised to come back the next day to finish everything and then sent a text 30 minutes before he was supposed to show up saying that he decided to refund part of the money and I could get someone else to finish the job. Still haven't received the refund. On top of that, I just had a fireplace/wood stove specialist come out to finish the job and he said every single thing High Castle Group did was wrong. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Brandon was very professional. He arrived on time and pricing was good!

It went fine. He talked with my husband. He looked at the fireplace but then realized there was no gas coming to the line. He then said he would not charge us because there was nothing he could help with. Told us to call the gas company.
