Our company was founded in May of 1996. We began as a housekeeping company but were quickly encouraged to add the complimentary services of gutter cleaning, window cleaning, landscaping and carpet cleaning. In 1998 we expanded further, adding roof moss removal, roof cleaning and roof repair. Since then we have added: junk hauling & appliance removal, interior/exterior painting, and water damage clean up. We currently provide service to over 2000 clients throughout the Eastside and South King County including Bellevue, Issaquah, Renton, Des Moines, Burien, Sea Tac, Kent, Auburn, Maple Valley, Covington and Federal Way.

Hired THT to clean my Mother's roof and the roof of a small shed on the property. He arrived when they said he would, worked diligently and did a great job on the roofs as well as the cleanup. Second time I've used this company, pleased both times.

Super job! The roof looks great and the deck hasn't looked this good since it was installed. The cleaner went out of his way to thoroughly clean up all around the house including washing the sides of the house. Very professional from bid to job complete.

We hired The Home Team to clean our roof (which was thick with moss) and to clean our gutters. They did a great job at a reasonable price and cleaned up our yard afterward. Our roof looks like new! Very happy with this company and will be contacting them for future projects.

Window and roof cleaning service was great, and they started and finished the job ahead of schedule. Office was very unprofessional when I requested to use an Angie's List coupon that is still available online. Home Team denied the request. I indicated this would be reflected in my reviews, and one representative told me it would be honored. A later email response said they would not and that it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about coupon validity before scheduling a job. I do not really agree. You say - it is just power washing. Well, my husband will NOT climb on the roof - and due to time issues will not spend the time necessary for most power washing jobs. I have used Home Team several times. This time, I waited too long but finally got them out to clean our multi level roof and gutters. Then we added the driveway power wash (we have a pretty good sized driveway.) I like driving up to my house and not seeing all the branches and the moss that was starting to grow. The driveway looks awesome. Probably the first time in 25 years that that has ever happened! The person who came out was on time, texted me prior, took note of some of my requests (be careful of the sky light.) My husband was home the entire time that this took place and said that the person doing the work never seemed to take a break. My husband is very impressed w/ the worker's work ethics.

Have hired the Home a Team for about 4 years running to do gutter or roof cleaning. Have always had good experiences & our most recent experience maintained that trend. In December, we took advantage of one of their Fall Specials to have them remove leaves from our (steep, composite) roof, clean the gutters and (woot!) clean the 1st & 2nd fl. windows, solar tubes & skylights. Also apply a zinc phosphate moss treatment. Because it was December, owner Bob let me know that the work was dependent on above-freezing temperatures and, indeed, the week of our job, temps dropped so we rescheduled but that was all communicated clearly & easily. I was fine with that (the only person who needs to be scampering around my roof in the snow is Santa) and we just postponed things a week. (Home Team sends a PDF with comprehensive info on what to move, what to cover, etc. to prepare for roof and/or gutter cleaning, well in advance of the job). On the appointed day, Juan showed up right on time. He was friendly, conscientious and worked very hard all day. The roof looks great (thoroughly cleaned) the gutters flow freely and the windows & skylights are sparkling. While Juan was working on the back of the house, he noticed there a slippery film on our composite deck so offered to clean that off as well. It was a much appreciated bonus. The work was finished by early afternoon and Juan and I walked the yard to be sure I was satisfied. I was. Clean up was thorough. It was a good experience and I am happy to recommend the Home Team to others.

We hired the Home Team to clean our roof, treat it with moss retardant, and wash the skylights and exterior windows. Our roof is steep, with a three-story drop to pavement in the back, so the charge was higher than it would be for roofs that are not as dangerous to work on. The two workers were on time, worked hard, and did a wonderful job on our roof and windows and the cleanup afterwards. We really appreciated their friendliness and professionalism – and being able to see through our skylights again! This is the second time we have hired The Home Team to do this type work, and we will definitely call on them again!

Hired the Home Team twice and they did a great job each time. In both cases I was able to just send photos to get the bids back same day and Bob was quick and responsive throughout. The crews that did the work did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. I'd hire them again!

In Dec. 2017 I called three companies for estimates, one, heavily advertised on the radio, didn't bother to respond, a second, also heavily advertised on the radio, came out and gave me a verbal estimate with a promise to email an official estimate for work that would be scheduled in Jan.; never got an email. Home Team came out to do an estimate the day I called. When I notified them I wanted to use their service they were out within the week and did a great job.

My roof & gutters hadn't been cleaned for well over a year & I live beneath huge pine trees, fir trees, a variety of willows, a towering maple & bushes that have overgrown the eaves. There was thick moss on the composite shingles & little trees growing out of the packed gutters. I found these guys on Angie's list, he came over on the same day I called, we did a walk around the house & he was able to schedule the job in only 2 days. They went way above & beyond my expectations doing a very thorough job, even cut my trees & bushes way back then power-washed around the entire house including the deck & driveways & disposed of the debris. It took the better part of a day (he didn't rush to get it done) & the charges were way more than reasonable (and didn't collect until he knew I was satisfied). I really recommend them & will certainly be using them again in the future

I really appreciate the work done by the team and they cleaned my roof as well as resealed some exposed nails on the roof. They cleaned everything after the work is done and even washed my cars parked on the driveway. Bob answered all my questions very quick and great communication! I will definitely hire them again for any future work!

Juan did a great job. He arrived on time and put in a solid days work. He put tarps down to collect the debris from the roofs and gutters and cleaned up any that fell outside that area.
