From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had the problem resolved in no time. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also takes the time to make customers feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Fast response, honest service, fair treatment, and excellent workmanship. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, Honest Cesspool Company is it. Joe was outstanding! 10 out of 10 experience, and I will absolutely be using them again if the need arises!

Joe came by to clean out our septic tank and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the minute he got here, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind!. It didn’t feel like having a service company at my house it felt like hanging out with a friend who happened to really know what he was doing and passionate about his work. He took the time to explain everything, found the problem, fixed it, and made sure everything was done the right way. When the job was finished, the yard was put back clean and you’d barely know work had even been done. Great communication, great work, and just an all-around good person. If you need cesspool/septic work done… you found your guy!

Hiring someone to perform a job when you have no knowledge of cost or what it may entail can be scary. I am always afraid I am going to be taken advantage of. Not the case with Honest Cesspool Joe was very accommodating as far as schedule and time. He came to give me an estimate on my cesspool. Something I knew nothing about. He explained everything to me thoroughly and what would be needed to best service the system.. I thought he would have to come back to clean it out, but he did it right there on the spot which saved me the hassle of trying to rearrange my schedule. His explanation was thorough and his estimate was extremely fair. Service was quick and seamless. Joe cleaned up everything when he was finished and shared insight into how to maintain the system, etc. moving forward. Overall, an ultimate professional in every sense. I would absolutely recommend him without reservation, and I will definitely use him again.
