I heard about The Honest Cesspool Company from my neighbor. I hired them to assess my cesspool and find out where it is exactly and if/when it needs to be cleaned. Joe was very professional and personable throughout the whole appointment. He offered a free estimate for the work and was able to complete the work same day. He installed an access pipe for the future, added a chemical to help extend time between cleanings, and informed me I have time before it needs to be cleaned. He could have told me it needs to cleaned and I wouldn’t be the wiser, but just like the name of his company, he’s honest. I highly recommend this company for your cesspool/septic tank needs.

Was very friendly and clear about what needed to be done and how much it would be. I had a few questions since im a new home owner and wanted a better understanding of how often to get the tank checked and a few other things. Answered all my questions and concerns. Will definitly continue using them and will recommend to anyone I know who needs the same work done.

Out of the blue our toilets were clogged and then we noticed the air vent outside was spitting out toilet paper and feces. I called Honest Cesspool at 5 pm on a Thursday and the owner Joe told me someone would get to me in an hour. And they did! Frank was great and figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I was so nervous that I would not have a bathroom to use! But Frank got everything running. I can’t say enough great things about this company!!!

Joe came by to clean out our septic tank and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the minute he got here, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind!. It didn’t feel like having a service company at my house it felt like hanging out with a friend who happened to really know what he was doing and passionate about his work. He took the time to explain everything, found the problem, fixed it, and made sure everything was done the right way. When the job was finished, the yard was put back clean and you’d barely know work had even been done. Great communication, great work, and just an all-around good person. If you need cesspool/septic work done… you found your guy!
