While scrolling through Instagram, I came across a company called The Honest Cesspool Company. I had just moved into my new house a week ago and was starting to look for a cesspool service, though I wasn’t in a hurry. I decided to give them a call, and Joseph answered. He asked about my availability, and since I was free today, he said he could come right over.I don’t know much about cesspools, and when Joseph arrived, he had some trouble locating the entrance. Called the company and needed expedient service which was accommodated. They showed up on time very professional and explained exactly the system I had and the services that may be required depending on the assessment. The gentleman explained it thoroughly and was clear and concise since most people don’t know much about these issues and he took his time to explain and even show me exactly what he was doing and going to do if needed. Was honest and upfront about the cost which I appreciated the most unlike other companies that will just tell you that there is a random issue and upcharge you and gauge pricing: This gentlemen did nothing of that nature and serviced the unit in a timely manner and leaving my wife and I with peace of mind that the work was done and the price was right!!! Gold standard!!!

I heard about The Honest Cesspool Company from my neighbor. I hired them to assess my cesspool and find out where it is exactly and if/when it needs to be cleaned. Joe was very professional and personable throughout the whole appointment. He offered a free estimate for the work and was able to complete the work same day. He installed an access pipe for the future, added a chemical to help extend time between cleanings, and informed me I have time before it needs to be cleaned. He could have told me it needs to cleaned and I wouldn’t be the wiser, but just like the name of his company, he’s honest. I highly recommend this company for your cesspool/septic tank needs.
