Great work

Chuck and his helper did a great job for me. I contacted him on Thursday and we set up a time on Monday morning to do the work. He kept in touch via email and text letting me know approximate ETA and was on time and got the job done in a respectable amount of time. Not so quick that I questioned the quality and not too long. He did a thorough job for a great price, told me what he repaired in the process, and even blew out my (ground level) gutters before leaving for no extra charge (his idea). I would recommend hiring in the spring or summer when they're less busy?

They responded very quickly and we set up a time to preview the project so I could obtain a quote. The quote came back fair and I decided to hire them. I requested their bonding and licensing. They sent it over and we scheduled a date that work work. The project took a little longer that expected, but they did an excellent job! I was pleased and would call them again for work in the future.

I called Chuck Davis (Insulation Guys) last Friday and he was out to complete the job the following morning (Saturday). It's 17 deg this morning and the garage is 57 deg (with no heater on) when it would have been in the mid 40's prior to the ceiling insulation under the same conditions. I'm extremely pleased with the job done! He even added a bit of insulation in a spot near our front door (next to the garage) were he noticed the insulation not close to the R38 level it was supposed to be. The whole experience was great. They were personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It was like having a good friend perform the work. The Insulation Guys more than lived up to the excellent reviews on Angie's List and highly recommend them without qualification.

Fantastic. Chuck was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgable and responsive. His cost was very reasonable. He started and finished within the timeframe of the estimate. He also is just a very nice person and he never tried to oversell his services. If you need insulation he is the guy to call.

After deciding cost and time a week earlier, provider appeared 2 hours late showing the reason that he had to go somewhere. No problem, I didn`t care. He was insulating about 2400 sq ft house basement ( his estimate was 1000 sq ft wall area)and took two days. still fine, no problem to me. First day just by himself and second day, he came with another guy. Towards end of the day, he said he is about to complete but leaving about 10 ft by 4 ft area because he ran out of material. He promised he will be back in few days to complete that. He even said that he does not want me to go to home depot to buy insulation material because I am paying someone to complete this job already. I am still fine, no problem at all. To me it sounded professional and what ever he did was good. Just wanted him to complete the work that I am paying for. So I gave him the check ( full amount) and thanked him enough. I did not hear from him for about two weeks. So I decided to contact him to remind that he promised to come back to finish the work. I tried emailing him 4 times, really 4 times, each time, he responded and said he is going to send Jonny ( his helper) other time, said he will contact later today and come..... BUT never came back from June till today, Oct 15th. I got tired of asking him to come to finish his job. Now I am hiring framing people and they are asking to pay for applying insulation on the wall that was left. Where is professionalism ? where is the trust ? I respected you enough, trusted you enough, what am I getting back from you my friend?

Working with Chuck was a great experience. Because of schedule conflicts, it took us a little while to connect and get appointments, but once we did, the service provided was top notch. Chuck was completely worth the wait! I had three quotes and Chuck came in on the lower end, but he wasn't the lowest. We chose him to perform the work because he was responsive and focused on doing the job right. Chuck provided helpful hints for reducing our energy costs based on a couple small things he pointed out during the initial consultation, which only furthered the value he provided. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend The Insulation Guys!

Chuck has incredibly high standards for customer service, and that is such a difference maker for me! After some mold remediation, some of the sprayfoam insulation had been removed from our crawl space. Instead of opting to replace with sprayfoam (since if there were ever mold again, it would be incredibly difficult to remove), we decided to go with the usual stuff. I told Chuck it was a small job, and if he would be willing to do it the same day as he came up to give an estimate, we could just get it done and not wait. He really appreciated that, and said he'd be willing. However I live in the mountains of Boulder and it had rained. He called me a couple times to reschedule saying he thought it'd be better to let some of the moisture evaporate. He was very professional telling me when he'd be able to come out. His communication was excellent. Then when he came, the job was even smaller than he originally anticipated. He said he'd have to charge me his minimum of $250.00, but asked if there was any other handyman type things he could do. I was blown away by this professionalism. We had some holes on the back of the house from wood peckers, and he offered to fill those with liquid nail. Once I started on my bathroom remodel, the tile guys noticed there was still some air blowing under the crawl space on a windy day. I called Chuck and he gladly came out and found two additional vents he hadn't covered free of charge. We had so enjoyed talking with him about Spain, we had distracted him the first time while he was down there and he got sidetracked, so it was pretty much our fault! We should have just let him work, but he really is such a nice guy, you can't help but want to hang out with him a little. In fact when he came that second time, we let him work and then had a coffee with him for like fifteen minutes. He is professional and wonderful. And the customer service is second to none!

I am not exactly well versed in the art of home repairs so I am usually at the mercy of those that say they are; therefore I am always wondering if what I am being told is wrong really is. I called Chuck told him what was going on and within a couple of days he came out to diagnosis the problem. He was very professional, yet personable, and took time to show me where the problem was and explained everything he was going to do. He and his helper worked quickly and efficiently. I have no doubt that this winter I will not experience the and quot; frozen pipeand quot; syndrome. I feel that Chuck is a very honest guy and not a and quot;salesmanand quot; as he never tried to push extras on me. I would definitely call The Insulation Guys again. <br /> <br />

Chuck arrived on time during the three days he worked for us, was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. He patiently explained the process and got to work. It was clear that he and his crews get along and he treats them with respect. He made recommendations based on his findings and he and his crew cleaned up after finishing. I would highly recommend him!

Chuck and his crew were great from start to finish. He promptly returned my call, and was able to schedule my work quickly. He and his assistant were helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They did the job (adding blown-in attic insulation)and then provided a free and quot;insulation auditand quot; of our house. They pointed out some things in the basement that were causing us energy loss. Then, the fixed these problems for no extra cost. The installer installed R40 blown installation into our garage. The installer also filled in the bad spots in the remainder of the attic. The installer stated that I would be wasting my money to blow installation into the overhang over our patio, as the area doesn't having any effect on the heating/cold retention of our home. So I saved $$$$ there. The installer also checked all the vents and can lights in the home to ensure proper installation and ventilation for proper airflow. The installer cleaned up all his excess insulation on the garage floor.I also got a 10% senior citizen discount for the work - liked that a lot!I would highly recommend The Insulation Guys for any insulation work needed! GREAT JOB - I can already feel the difference in our garage!

The work was performed on time and Chuck was open to suggestions and open to satisfying the customer. The team also cleaned up before they left. Punctual and prepared.

Chuck was extremely professional, personable and prompt. I had him come out a few weeks ago to give an estimate, explained what issues we were having - especially when it came to temperature control in certain rooms. Chuck knew immediately what we could do to remedy the issues and gave me a quote later that day. Just two days ago, I reached back out and let him know that we were ready to move forward with the work and I asked if there was any way he could do the work early in the week since I left town this weekend. He was able to accommodate my request with just two days notice, showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. Insulation obviously makes a mess, but when he left, the garage and the upstairs area by the attic were completely spotless. He stood by his work and made sure I knew to give him a call if we were still experiencing any issues in the future. I wish all contract workers were as easy to do business with as Chuck and the Insulation Guys!

They did a good job getting it done in timely manner and kept the house clean as they did. Also, the owner was very approachable and listened to all our questions and took the time to answer them thoroughly. We would recommend to others.

Chuck made appointment and kept time frame we discussed. His company did an excellent job and left my house very clean for the agreed upon price. I recommend The Insulation Guys very highly.

The Insulation Guys did a great job. Chuck was extremely responsive and professional from the initial quote through the entire blow-in insulation job. He was able to perform the job within 3 days of notifying him that we chose him (and he performed the work on a Sunday!). Chuck also provided the lowest cost out of all of the contractors we quoted. Great value and a great company to go with your blow-in insulation job. Highly recommended.
