absolutely phenomenal!!! They were so patient with all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions as a new homeowner. They were always prompt, professional, and most of all friendly. The bid was much lower than I had expected for removal and reinstalling insulation. I am thrilled with the service and price!

** This review is posted on behalf of my friend who recently used their service ** I can't say enough good things about Rich, Conrad, and his entire crew. First and foremost, these guys are 100% professionals. Do not overlook professionalism. I received other quotes from people who were either unwilling to do the full spectrum of work requested or not thorough in the initial review. We recently moved into a 1920s home that had old and brittle insulation laid around knob-and-tube wiring. So not only was the attic insulation ineffective, it also presented itself as a fire hazard. To make matters worse, there was a relatively inaccessible portion of the attic (i.e. access through a child-sized square cutout) they'd have to work their way into. At the very day/time of the appointment, Rich had already gotten to the house early (let in by our floor guy) and already ventured up into that tiny crawl space in the attic to assess the work. He made all of his notes and took photos before I even realized he was there. Keep in mind, insulators from other companies did not even bother to poke their heads into that space. When I mentioned what our ideal timeline was, Rich said that if they couldn't fit the work into our schedule, they would refer us to other companies they trust. Needless to say, I was impressed by his honesty. After receiving a quote via email from Conrad - who is on top of everything with phone and email communications and reminders - we decided that they were worth the three weeks wait. I signed the quote and we agreed on a start date. Conrad sent a reminder email a few days before the work was to start. The guys came on time and worked all day to remove the old crumbled insulation. By the end of the day, they were covered in black fiber/soot. They found all types of things around the attic that we weren't aware of - head boards, window screens, lumber, etc. They even removed most of the junk for us. A week later (after we brought in the electricians to update the wiring), they came back to lay the insulation batts, apply the batts to the walls where stated, air seal openings, and create a seal for the attic crawl space access cutout). They were able to complete the job over the course of a full day (9am to 7pm). They are professional, honest, thorough, responsive (emails were always returned timely and in that one week away, Rich returned my call to answer an insulation question), always on time, fairly priced (better, even), and skilled. And on top of everything else, the whole crew was fun to talk to. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend them as your #1 choice for your insulation needs.

Great team- fast response. Quick assessment with formal project estimate and quick completion. Rich took the time to explain to me the differences in insulation and Conrad's estimate provided each level with a written explanation. Moreover, they were timely, finished when they said they would, and left my garage cleaner than when they started. Great team. <br />

Excellent customer service from Conrad, knowledgeable staff & owner, courteous & professional employees. Excellent all the way around! They performed the work professionally working long hours on Christmas vacation to get the job done before my tenants moved in. They came to my house to give me an estimate the day I called. The re-insulation took one day to complete with a crew of three. They arrived promptly, conducted themselves professionally, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Thought the work was done well and for a honest price as well.

<p>We have a very long, 1955 ranch style house with a low roof pitch (less than 4/12). In the attic there was a layer of small rocks about 1/2 inch thick under old rock wool insulation and other stuff, plus a few mummified rats. Between the extra weight of the rocks and the tight access, it was a difficult job. Rich, Tom and Dan were great. They were thorough, worked diligently and remained pleasant throughout. We were very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended. </p> <br />

I called a number of providers who weren't interested in doing my job because it was too small. I needed insulation only above a garage that I had newly finished. Insulation Pros was not only willing to do the job, but the price was exceptionally fair given the small space that needed to be done. The guys arrived on time, were polite and efficient, worked quickly without making a mess, and did more than I expected. What I mean by that is I had installed some storage and an exhaust fan in the attic area, and they went out of their way to install some baffles and dividers in the attic to keep the insulation from getting blown around too much around my storage space. I hadn't thought about doing that myself nor did I ask them for it and I really appreciate that they took it upon themselves to just take care of it because it was the right thing to do. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and I would recommend them to anybody. <br /> <br />

This company was such a good pick from Angie's list. The owner came out to provide the quote. He was punctual, knowledgable and professional. He explained specifically what the quote entailed and answered every question very thoroughly. On the day of the install, he and a crew member arrived on time and went straight to work. Afterwards, they did all the cleanup and confirmed that we were satisfied. I would use them again!

I had called Insulation Pros for an estimate with very short notice as well as two other companies. Conrad was the second person to give me a detailed estimate also was more then pleased to come out to my house and write me a real in hand quote. He was on time and very informative on the project. The following Monday the 2 professional men came to my house and did the job that I was promised and within the time that was allotted. Cleaned up and was off to the next shortly after seeing if I was pleased with the job. These guys are awesome. They provided a clear breakdown of the different options with prices. I selected an option, set a date, they showed up on time, completed the work and billed me for the exact price quoted. No high pressure sales - just provided options and kept it bottom line. <br /> Due to additions completed on my home over the years, they were able to detect different levels of insulation. One of the sections was within code and it would have been very easy for any company to miss that or try to take advantage of it but these guys have integrity and made that very transparent. Great company you can trust. <br /> <br />

These guys were responsive to my calls and emails. They set up a time to give a quote and arrived on time. The quote followed the next day. I set up a time for them to do half of the work and they arrived on time with everything to complete the job in a day. Rich is a knowledgeable contractor and has a crew of hard working guys. The team at Insulation Pros handled our job quickly and with care. They provided an estimate and a when I approved the work, they scheduled and appointment quickly. The crew showed up to do the job in a timely fashion and worked hard all day until I was satisfied with the work they performed. First of all, I'd like to thank Conrad for being so patient and understanding with my scheduling issues, which I really appreciated. Rich and Tom arrived promptly on the scheduled date and got right to work. They protected the floors with canvas, and removed the mirrored closet doors for access to the attic, taking care of my home. They did a great job of being thorough with the attic sealing, an obviously critical step. Then once they got to blowing in the insulation, they became a well-oiled machine, switching off between who was up in the hot attic blowing the insulation in, and who was outside feeding the batts into the machine. Friendly, cordial, competent, diligent - a first-rate operation. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. <br />
