The Kernel Howard Group

I found the Kernel Howard Group on AngiesList and am very happy that I did.  This is my first house and I have a million questions.  Janice and Sherie were such a joy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.  I can't thank them enough for what they did and how responsive they were to me.  They are the real deal and a class act.  Thank you. <br />

Buying and selling real estate can be a very scary process but Janice made it as easy as possible by giving us all the info we needed. She was always punctual and professional.  She was honest about everything we needed to do to sell our house as quickly as possible (i.e. staging and pricing).  When it came to buying the new house, Janice was there every time we called with questions or concerns, and that was a lot of calls!  She was always on time for every house viewing and pointed out things we didn't always see.  Once we found the house we wanted, she was amazingly patient with all the back and forth of negotiations and endless questions we asked. I highly recommend her. <br />

They listened very carefully to what we were interested in, looked around for homes that fit that criteria and found us one we liked. They did a good job of bargaining and telling us what was a good offer to give them. They got the seller to come down a little on the price. We were very happy with their service and they were always there when we needed to call them with any questions or concerns. They did a great job and were excellent. I highly recommend them.

They were honest when they had the opinions. They give a good feedback on how to stage your house to sell quickly. Our house that we sold was only on the market for four days and we were able to sell it right away. They advice you on pricing the sell. And then we told them the criteria of what we were looking for in a house and so they scheduled showing all house that met that criteria in the areas we were looking for. We found a house fairly quickly. It was the sixth or seventh house we looked at and I am still living in it now. They worked their fees into the closing cost of the house and it depended on how much the sell was for and also they were able to help us do our offers and counteroffers to work into whether the buyers for our house we sold paid in closing cost. They are very reasonable. They are very user-friendly. When I first bought the house I sold I used Jerry Howard, so I mean I liked him enough that I went back.

In the past the experience that I had with The Kernel Howard Group was a fantastic one. Janice, who is the agent just really made sure that my best interests were at hand. Janna does interest at hand. She made sure that the process went smoothly. I am full term pregnant now and she has made sure that she held on to the stress so I didn’t have to deal with the stress of it. I love the new home, it is great. She found the perfect home for me. The seller almost backed out but Janice was able to keep it going for me. The deal was great. I would grade them overall 'A' and 'A's in everything else, the price, punctuality all of that, responsiveness, everything was an 'A'. I would absolutely use them again.

House closed with very little problem.  One issue with buyers lender.  Janice and Sherry were responsive and  facilitated details perfectly.
