Really well. They placed bait stations in effective places, and even spotted a rat entrance that my previous company had not found. They come back to check bait stations regularly, and leave me a report of which were used and how much they were used, which helps me know where to work more on making rat trails less attractive to them.

They were okay too. I just felt the company I had used prior gave me more information on things I could do, like cutting back branches. They also helped me find a hole in the roof. They have been back once since to check the bait stations. They were professional and they put bait stations in the appropriate places. They are good so far. They could give people more education that would be helpful.

I found The Killers on Angie's List and picked them because they had good reviews and a coupon (score!). They contacted me within a day of purchasing the deal and were here to treat the next week. About a week later we noticed that there were still a few ants having around so I called them and they came back out right away and took care of them. I would definitely recommend them again. They were great!

They took care of the rats and eliminated bugs. We have been ant free, 99% spider free, and 100% rat free for a little over a year now. I have not seen one ant in this old house. The Killers know what they are doing. We pay them annually

The Killers planned to set a one-way door in the vent where the animals could enter the crawlspace, but it was not possible, due to the way our heat pump was hooked up. The tech installed a screen for us. Fortunately, we have had no further animal activity under our house since then.

It was a little over $400 for the year. Overall I would give them an A because they came back several times within that first initial treatment. They kept coming back in different places. They were very persistent and very congenial every time I called them when they came back. They arranged for somebody to come out the very next day. So they were very punctual. It seems like the price is pretty consistent. I certainly will use them again. <br /> <br /> Because it was after the initial treatment, they ask you to wait and then if they come back to let them know. Well they were back so I called them and in fact they came out 3 different times to resolve it. It takes a while for the poison to get to their nest evidently to kill them all. But because they moved around so much, every time they would show up in a different area, they would send a technician out to treat that area. I don't think that always happens so I was very pleased with that.

Called The Killers on Mon. 11-28-16 based on reviews read on Angie's List. Matt promptly returned my phone call within ten minutes. He explained treatment and plan options on the phone. I elected to go with annual service (quarterly visits $595-$50 coupon) and scheduled for Tues am appointment. Eric, service technician, arrived promptly at 9am. He treated both exterior and interior of home, garage, as well as crawl space. He identified a few "scout ants" and explained what he was doing each step. Eric was thorough, but also careful around furniture and belongings. He even fixed a foundation vent at no extra charge. I use walker and items in a closet needed to be moved for him to access crawl space and he did this also at no extra charge. Eric was very courteous and professional. He gave me his business card with phone # and email and said to contact anytime if problems between scheduled visits. I like the idea of having the same technician service my home. Killers is fortunate to have Eric as an employee - he excels at customer service. I could not be more pleased with services received and will definitely recommend to friends and family. The expense is worth it to me to know ants will be killed using products safe for humans and pets. I also like the fact that Killers does not charge if they need to return between quarterly visits if I notice a problem with the ants.

If you have the little black ants. These guys are the ones to call. I tried three other exterminators, they are the only ones who got it done.

I was worried there would be a fragrance from the spray. They sprayed the entire house, inside and out. We vacuumed before hand and pulled everything out of every closet so they could spray every crack/crevice. They sprayed around the windows, fireplace, upstairs and downstairs. We have pets and we were assured the product is pet/people safe. So far so good! The service includes 4 more treatments, one in 30 days and then quarterly. There was no detectable fragrance and 24 hours later we are not having any respiratory problems and our pets are fine too. We are grateful they came so quickly and were so thorough and professional.

Only treatment that WORKED! We were infested with sugar ants! We had the local pest control man treat 3 times in 7 months. There was minimal improvement and we were told the ants were in the walls. I decided to try The Killers. Boy am I glad I did. They sprayed not only in and out but also in the walls! and left a very effective bait which those ants went for like crazy! ANTS ARE GONE! And gone FAST! It's the EFFECTIVE way to treat! First year it's $445 and subsequent years are $295. If you are serious about getting results, don't waste your time and money on anyone else.

Work was done in a very organized and timely manner. Workers were respectful and one time and cleaned up after themselves. <br /> They came in and laid runners over the floors so as not to track on my hardwoods or carpets. <br /> They drove very nice large vans painted with Killers logo on them. <br /> Half of the cost was asked for before work began and when work was completed they wanted all the rest of the money. <br /> I found it unusual that <strong> ten minutes after the crew left</strong> I got a call from the office asking for <em>the rest of the money</em>. As I was not by my phone they left a message saying they would charge my credit card with the balance. I really felt a conversation with me before charging my card would have been appropriate and allowing more than 10 minutes would have been respectful. <br />

One June 16th the tech came out within the window scheduled. He is the regular person which I really prefer. I don't like having random people come out each time. He's usually pretty attentive so when I showed him the areas to be sprayed and went back to work, I expected it to be done. I also showed him a couple of problem areas in the house. He said he took care of it all. But when I went back through later I saw no indication he had done as requested. Usually there are wet spots from the spray and a very mild scent. On this occasion I did not see any of this inside the house- he was going through those rooms so I am not sayng he didn't do it, just saying I couldn't tell. I know for a fact he did not spray the kitchen area as requested. There was no indication of the garage being done at all. Normally the spray shows on the cement walls for about 24 hours after being sprayed. When I went out there immediately after he left there was nothing wet. I asked him to do the entire surroundings of the patio. Days later there was no reason to suspect that any of the spraying had been done. The bugs in both bathrooms never relented, the patio and exterior is worse than ever. So if he did spray thoroughly, the spray does not work or he didn't spray enough. He seemed pretty put out that I didn't want to talk about renewing our annual treatments even though I explained when he arrived I was working from home. <br /> In the past, I have seen immediate results in the reduction of all bugs surrounding the house and no bugs inside except occasional small spiders in the main bath but I believe they come up the drain. No spray can take care of that problem. This time, it was like nothing had been sprayed. <br /> I also find it pretty disconcerting and annoying that when they arrive, they sit in my driveway for 5-15 minutes presumably calling in and checking jobs or whatever. Then after the service, they sit in the driveway again. <br /> All in all, I was diappointed with the results of this service. It's a sore spot for us since we have had issues with this company in the past. But they seem to have the best pricing and scheduling is pretty easy. The quote they gave us for the next year was significantly reduced. Because of this and pevious positive results we would consider using their services again. <br />
