The Kitchen Company

It was very good. This is the 3rd time we have used them. This is a small company, he is an architect and designer, if you are looking for a fast and a big crew to work with, go somewhere else because this is a personal company.

The work that was provided was excellent! Rick came to the house and talked with us about what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable about kitchens and offers suggestions. He prepares a detailed estimate, he's open to changes. We did review the specs for my kitchen island many times and he came out a couple of times to re-measure with me so that I got exactly what I wanted. Which in the end I did and it turned out perfectly! He was always on time, cleaned up after each day, told me what they would be doing and when. Kept me updated with any delays. His helper, Josh was excellent too. My new professionally painted/sealed cabinets, lighting, granite, kitchen island all turned out exactly how I envisioned it would. The price was very reasonable as well. I would totally recommend Rick and his team.

30319Richard is a true artist, his attention to detail is beyond perfection. <br /> Our Kitchen looks like we purchased all new cabinets. <br /> We could not be happier in our new home. <br /> Richard and his team did an amazing transformation of our kitchen. <br /> <br />

Richard previously refaced our kitchen cabinets and because of that work, we decided to have him do our master bathroom renovation.  The kitchen job took about two and a half weeks to accomplish.   <br /> Richard raised one of the cabinets over the stove which made a huge visual improvement and we had all new doors, drawers and panels put on the ends of the cabinets  and also around the peninsula (total of 36 doors/drawers/panels).  Richard put crown molding all around the tops of the cabinets which greatly improved  the look of the cabinets.  Molding was also put on the bottom of the cabinets.  We felt we got more than our money's worth with Richard's job. <br /> Our master bathroom was going to start out only having our cabinets refaced similar to what Richard did in the kitchen.  Richard came up with some other suggestions and so we decided to contract him to do most of what he suggested.  My husband did the demo work himself and he also worked with Richard so that we could save some money on the total job.  Richard's intent was to bridge the gap between the DIY homeowner and a contractor who can do it all.  If Richard does not do the job himself, he contracts the tiling and shower work to wonderful tradesmen.  Richard did the in-wall cabinet himself and it looks spectacular.  He put a new front on the garden tub so that we are now able to access the plumbing should there be a problem with the jacuzzi tub.  The cabinetry work for the covers matches the new raised panel cabinet doors.  He also put panels on the ends of the cabinets which really finishes the cabinets.   <br /> Richard is very conscientious and very thorough and precise.  His bid was right on.  Because of the paint finish on our cabinet doors, the job took about a week longer  because he couldn't paint because of rain and  humidity.  All told, the master bathroom job took about a month.  The cabinets were well worth the wait.   <br /> Richard wants the job to look as good as you want it to look.  He also works with you. <br /> We are very happy with the work that he has done. <br />
