Jimmy is a decent guy but he's a hands-off owner that sometimes doesn't respond in time -- but one thing that is a problem is that his men just don't offer consistent quality in their work. For example, if there was a missed week or two for rain, your yard would be a mess and they show up with a leaf blower and just blow around old clippings instead of going the extra mile and dethatching it. They also after repeated times being told would cut the grass too high. Overall, your mileage may vary with this service provider.

They are very good. We know the guy and he is always there. When we call him, he calls us back. It is very good service and I would highly recommend them.They are cheaper than some other people we've heard about. They are very attentive. If we see something we don't like, they will change it. The guy knows what he is talking about and his people know their limits. If they don't know , they will tell me they don't know.

Needed to put to right years of neglect to a recently purchased property. WOW! Jimmy came out to talk to me about the project. He talked to me about my ideas and walked me through how they would play out over time, and suggested a few of his own. The result was simply spectacular! I simply couldn't be happier with the way it turned out, and for a very fair price. Now I have a mowing and landscaping contract with The Lawn Offices, and they keep my yard as nice as it was the day the project was finished. I simply can't recommend this service highly enough!

A neighbor recommended Jimmy at The Lawn Offices after a positive experience. He was polite, wonderful to work with, flexible, easy to reach via email, responsive, and in the end delivered a great product on time--what else could you want? They offered to spread the mulch, but my husband was around to do it--their prices were competitive! <br />
