The work done was fine, I have no complaints there. The punctuality, responsiveness and communication was absolutely horrible. They had to come out multiple times, and not once were they on time, in fact, they were at least 3 hours late every single time. In no way can this be made right, but it could have been better if there was any sort of communication from them about this. It was virtually impossible to get a hold of them.

Albert was awesome. Searched for Locksmith companies on Angie's list. The Locksmith Company called told them my issue they came out and gave me a quote within an hour. Called them back the next day asked them to go ahead and come out and do the work. Albert Aguirre came out the next day and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Have recommended them to our other campus and will use them again in the future.
