Great job. I had a water leak in my kitchen ceiling that needed to be covered and Ed did a great job. He came Christmas Eve morning to complete the work on less than 24 hours notice!

Wanted the provider to replace the existing fan fixture with a new chandelier I purchased. The light turn on, but he did not check to see at that time if it would turn off.We noticed at the time he was about to leave, that the light would not turn off, so he fixed it. Before he started to correct the issue the chandelier was flush with the ceiling. He took the chandelier down to work with the wiring and also worked with the light switch.He ended up getting the light to turn off and on, but the chandelier is now not flushed with the ceiling(tilted).We told him about it at the time, that it was flushed before, he said that is how it is going to be. Also, my light switch broken in the process of getting this resolved. I gave him my old light switch to replace broken one.I can purchase a new light switch for him to install when he comes to fix the tilted chandelier. I left a message on 10/26/15(8:24am), but I have not got a response yet from this provider. I have also left a message on 10/31/15(12:10pm) and 11/1/215(7:51am) and still no response.

"I replaced the chandelier for you and worked an extra hour over the deal uncompensated. I fixed an electrical problem and a faulty switch free of charge and the chandelier was flush when I left your home. There was also no damage to the fixture or anything else for that matter. The negative review is unwarranted given the amount of work put in and the extra unpaid time I was in your home so I will not be returning."

Ed completed everything in one day as promised, he was here at 7AM to start and he worked straight through until about 6PM when he finished everything. He didn't take a break against my wishes but the man works hard for his customers. I highly recommend hiring Ed (The Long Island Handyman) <br />
