They did a great job! I couldn’t be more pleased!! Yes I am hiring them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a really thorough cleaning service.

Magic Towels are swift yet thorough. We get them for a monthly cleaning, yet they value us as if we were more regular customers, and they are willing to be flexible around my crazy schedule. Highly recommend!

First time they came they did a great job! I was quite impressed and pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. The second time I had them come they didn't even clean the one bathroom, they barely cleaned surfaces and I had to go behind them after they left and re-clean! I tipped well both time so that wasn't the issue. He kept calling to come back so I blocked his phone number.

They did a very thorough job with the cleaning. They were fast and efficient and courteous. Will definitely recommend them.

They originally cancelled at the last minute. They ended up performing the work, very good job with cleaning.

I hired them to clean a coupleonths ago. So good. The attention to detail and little things were fabulous. I tipped well. He texted me about coming once a month. Explained I would rather do as needed but would absolutely use again. He even texted in about a month to tell me there was a time open the next day. I didn't need them that but, I hired them again last week (about two months after the first time.) Wasn't nearly as good as first time. None of the attention to detail as before. Some thing weren't dusted at all. Others were just swiped along the front but not the back I'd the surface. A few spots on the floor. Generally just not as good. I texted him to let him know but was willing to give another chance later. The silence was deafening. No response. Before my criticism there was lots of communication. Got back with me right away. Now the other chance has been withdrawn.
