We are truly blessed to have known Mario from Masters Shops construction. A genuine person, professional and pleasure to work with. The garage conversion has been our first major project since my husband and I bought this house in 2014 and Mario had been great in explaining and walking us through every details and inspection of this project that made us feel secure and up to date. He makes sure he gets us the top of the line service and materials for this project. All his staff are amazing people! Comes early to start doing the job and very very nice and professional people to make sure we get the best results. We have definitely no regrets in hiring this company!!! Everything went extremely well there is a lot of communications and professionalism.he remodeled my my master bath and I came out better than I would have thought. He did the tile and some plumbing everything was done in a timely matter, the crew was very clean and polite..I hear a lot of horror stories about contractors..but I can honestly say it was such a pleasure to work with Mario and the work that his crew does is very impressive..my bathroom. Feels like a million bucks even I spent only a few thousand..very well worth it ..I'm glad that I found a contractor that I can trust ..I rehired him again for my second bathroom.i can't wait to see how it comes out..

professional, genuine and knowledgable handyman who we are now planning to use for upcoming projects such as painting and cabinet refinishing. mario and his assistant arrived on-time (early actually and he called ahead) and did exactly what was requested of him. <br />

Mario was very quick to respond and come out for an estimate on the work needed. The project was started a few days later, and finished in a timely manner. I was very happy with the quality of the work performed by him and his crew. I very much appreciated Mario's quick response to my calls/emails with any questions I had. <br />

Mario is a pleasure to work with.  He came out in the time promised and gave me a detailed estimate.  The work was scheduled pretty quickly.  They spent about 1/2 the day the first day and 1 whole day doing the work.  His workers are very polite and careful.  The new gate and door look great!  I'm very impressed with the job they did on the window and door frames.  The work was  done for the price we agreed on . Everything was cleaned up before they left.  Mario wasn't there 100% of the time but he was most of the time which was fine.  I would highly recommend this man and will certainly use him again. <br />

Mario rang the doorbell at 2 on the dot.  Very professional, used clothes to catch litter and left everything spotless.  I am very pleased.  He was even kind enough to help an old lady with another problem.  I would definitely call him again.  We feel he did a very professional job. <br />

Mario and his crew do an incredible job. This is not the first project he's done for me. He's installed wooden floors, travertine flooring, two new travertine bathrooms, painted, etc. His work is craftsmanship. He's very professional. He designed and put in a beautiful fireplace. He put in two steel posts outside, made and installed a metal ramp for the house and put in all the handicapped bars. This is just off the top of my head. Anything I need, I call Mario because I know it will get done right for a very reasonable cost. <br />

Mario is truly an honest contractor from the first day we met..he gave me an estimate, a time frame and a better price than most contractors .his work was beyond my expectations .my wife and I are truly excited on how the kitchen came out the layout and works men ship came out so nice.i now have beautiful granite and tumble stone in my kitchen,along with new fixtures and cabinets ,my kitchen was very small but his concepts makes it look bigger and more open,my bathrooms were both updated with new fixtures , paint and electrical ..I also had him fix few thing around the house which turned out great because the price was minimal.all of the work he did was really done well and in a timely manner I'm very impressed with the services he and his crew provided,thank you Angie's list helping me find my contractor who I would definitely use again.. <br />

Mario and his crew did a fantastic job.  They did everything 100%.  When they resurfaced the floor in one of my rooms, they did a great job of scraping off the old surface and sanding the floor.  They also put on a primer and three coats of the epoxy.  I'm really happy with the way the floor looks now.  He also built screen panels to enclose my back patio and he took a lot of care to make sure the panels were sturdy and matched the look of my house.  His attention to detail was really good, and I am really happy with the job he did. <br />

Mario did not respond to my first two calls. He was evidently quite busy with more than one crew. His first two days at work he was later than the agreed upon start time. But - I cannot fault the work done and will hire him again.

I have known Mario for many years since we got our first property. He then renovated our current property in 2013 and just finished some additional work for us recently. He is capable of doing many things and thinks creatively to solve tough problems to save you money. I recently hired the handymen who got the highest reviews in Angie's list to install two doors because Mario was busy at the time. That guy did a very lousy job so I had to call Mario back fix it for me. What I like about hiring Mario, is that he always tries to accommodate your need and makes sure to get the work done right. Unlike some other handymen, they charge you by hour, if the job turns out taking longer than the estimate, they rush to finish the job and don't care about the quality. I highly recommend him. ?

I thought he was great to work with! He provided high quality service; really top notch. He arrived on time each day and was very professional and friendly. His prices were right in the middle; not the lowest, but definitely not the highest. Everything we’ve asked him to do, he’s done well!
