My experience with Hilton Realty Advisors was fine. They will actually tell you what's appropriate as opposed to what you want to hear and I respect that. They were very knowledgeable.

I've known Matt for many years and have reached out to him several times for his advice on our real estate transactions. Most recently, we listed and sold our house in Coppell and then purchased a house down in Preston Hollow. Matt gave us some good advice on which neighborhoods to target and also guidance on listing our home. He's just a really honest guy that does this because he genuinely cares about people. We found it very rare in his profession so wanted to take a moment to share our experience with him as he was very helpful and without any agenda. Would absolutely recommend him! <br />

They were very good. I was very pleased and I am very happy with their service. They were very easy to talk to and get a hold of. They were willing to work with me when I was not sure what I was looking for. They helped me focus on my search for a home. I would tell others about their approachability. They are hardworking and knowledgeable as well. Everything about them was excellent. If need be, then I would use their services again.

Overall, it was really great to have done business with Tyler. I will call him again when our tenant moves on in two years, hopefully the market will turn around and we can sell.
