As for now I have no complaints all the repairs and work that was done has been satisfactory. Some of his prices are high but after I saw the work it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend him.

Mark is great! I needed help mounting a gate to very old woodwork. Mark arrived early with everything he needed and got the job done quickly. As it turned out, the gate was defective, but Mark still offered several solutions to repair it if I didn’t want to return it. He even offered to come back if I needed any help once I got the correct pieces. His prices are reasonable and he is friendly and trustworthy. I’ll be calling him again the next time I need help around the house!

Dryer vent was a special order and not done in first visit. Called owner who told me to call the worker about the 'Special Order'...nobody knew who was ordering it..??... The owner should have called the worker himself and gotten back to me. No calls or correspondence from either about when vent project would be started or if item was ever received. Still waiting... I have called the worker every Tuesday for 3 weeks and heard the line ' by the 'end of the week' ... ??? The owner did not respond to new emails either.. No go, so finally gave up.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE NOKE'S HANDYMAN: The Noke's Handyman, Mark Hodges, and his partner, Chris Delonzo, contracted with us to do several jobs around our house for a total of $8,950, for which they requested a 50% deposit; so, we gave them a check from our Equity Line Account for $4,475 dated 1/21/21. They were contracted to start work on 2/16/21. They removed debris from behind our garage on the 16th and made arrangements to meet at Home Depot to have us purchase materials for continuing the job but then called with excuses due to weather; so, the material buying moved to 2/23/21. They worked for 4 hours on 2/24/21 putting down an additional layer of subflooring in our mudroom. They also started an electrical outlet receptacle in the bathroom and completed 1/3 of the flooring in our mudroom the following day. Since that date we have been contacted with more excuses and later dates to come and continue working. Culminating in phone calls and texts on 3/4/21 informing us that Mark and Chris are no longer partners and would no longer be working on our home improvement projects and when asked to return our $4,475 deposit, we have been told to 'talk to our lawyers'. We have also been informed that Mark Hodges is filing for bankruptcy. Chris Delonzo, in a separate phone call with my wife, indicated that he couldn't walk away from completing the contract and would be happy to continue doing the work. When my wife asked him about getting Mark's portion of the deposit returned to us, Chris then informed her that he would not be continuing the work. Do not trust these people!

Mark and Christopher did a great job! They got everything accomplished on my to-do list. They called ahead, arrived on time, were personable and got the job done. I will definitely call them again the next time I need things done and will gladly refer them to friends in need of their services.

It went very good. First day was impressive but 2nd day was delayed several times due to another job going longer than expected. Mark and Jeff were professional and very nice. Work was completed satisfactorily .

Excellent handyman service. We hired him and his team for extensive projects, including post tenant clean up, exterior paint, interior paint, and cabinet removal. They did the amount of work in a week that would have taken us a month. We will be using him again for future projects.

They were very knowledgeable. In and out they were quick.
