Their work was good and thorugh but communication was very rude and unprofessional. They changed their times and days and then blamed us for not being home to make the payment and i am quoting him ?I dont jave time to come again why your husband isnt home?? When this guy changed their time and day the day before :( no manners or politeness and acted like we arent going to pay them even though half payment was done before and this was 5 mins after the job was done. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Too bad because their quality of work is good but total experience has been horrible. They had also agreed to do touch ups in hallway with the same paint they used for bedroom but just denied doing that one stroke of paint on the wall (1 ft) that last minute saying its not mentioned in the contract even though they had agreed to do the touch up to the other wall as it would literally take 1 minute :( told all our friends about this and none of us would ever hire them due to this.

Daniel and his crew did a phenomenal job painting our home. They were thorough, efficient, and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship. Beyond doing a great job they were a pleasure to have around. Communication was easy and straightforward. They were flexible, helpful, and hard working. We highly recommend them.

Daniel did an outstanding job repainting our master bathroom. He has painted several rooms in our home and each time does excellent work spending the extra effort to get each corner and piece of trim, taped and cut properly. We plan on hiring him again in the near future to do some additional painting.

Daniel and team were excellent. They set up very professionally, prepped surfaces that our carpentry team failed to, and left our house looking way better than it was when they began. We're extremely grateful for this team and highly recommend them to family and friends.

This is the 3rd job I have had them do, and when I say they will be my go to for every single project I absolutely mean it! Their attention to detail is incredible, you will not find anyone who preps and protects the way they do! They are fast, affordable and trustworthy! They just did my kitchen cupboards in about 4 days, plus two other walls! This would have taken me months to complete. They touched up other walls that they weren’t even asked to do but took it upon themselves to make sure it looked flawless. Daniel and team are incredible! I will be using them again this summer for exterior work!

It went very well. Communication with Patricia was effortless and the work was done within my time frame. I am so appreciative of the good job that Daniel and his guys did painting our porch, concrete stairs and the wrought iron railings. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again guys. Daniel was referred to me by a friend who he had done painting work for. He did a significant drywall repair in my living room, then textured and painted the wall. It looks awesome. He even threw in a bit of trim repair without charging extra. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Everything about our experience with Daniel and Patricia was just awesome. First and foremost, the properties both look amazing, so everything else is just gravy. The work is just excellent - detailed, smooth, precise, and gorgeous. Daniel and his team did whatever was necessary to get a beautiful finish, even with some challenging surfaces and conditions, especially in the 100 year old home we were selling. Scheduling was a breeze, and everything was completed right on time. They always communicated quickly about any questions, explained our options, and gave good advice when we weren’t sure. They even found and fixed a lot of little things we hadn’t discussed in advance, and never nickel and dimed us - they obviously just cared about the final result looking awesome. Our old home sold right away, and we couldn’t be happier in our new place - big thanks to the NW Paint Guy for their work at both properties! To top it all off, they’re just nice folks, pleasant and easy to talk to and work with - you can tell they care about their work, and it shows.

They unplugged the refrigerator and the ice melted and leaked on our wood floors and did damage to our kitchen floors, and they refused to fix it. Very rude and unprofessional. Had to follow up several times on the work agreed upon. Very disappointed. Now we have to hire someone to fix the kitchen floors. I do not recommend this company.

I came across NW Painting Guy when I was looking to get a bid for one of my listings. Patricia was the first to reach out to me in a very timely manner.  My clients decided not to paint but I kept Patricia's information for future jobs. Two months later I needed to have my home painted so I reached out to NW Painting Guy and once again I got a quick response. Daniel came out 3 Days later to provide a bid, and we decided to go with NW Paint guy versus a larger national company.  Daniel and his crew were fantastic from the bid to the finish, providing valuable feedback, professional consultation and execution.  They were on time with every aspect of the job, always communicating so we knew what to expect, every step of the way.  And my home looks fantastic! Daniel and team helped out to paint four bedrooms, ceilings, and closets. We needed it done ASAP before a flooring install and he accommodated us into his schedule. Excellent work, will be looking to get additional painting done in the future from him.
