The owner was pushy, requested a refundable refund which I have given him several days to return and have not received. He informed me he would be changing the appointment which the deposit was for, he did not ask to, he just said he was changing it, and informed me of this 15 minutes before we were scheduled, but that morning we confirmed the appointment was still on track. Kept changing his story about why the delay was needed for the day, one moment it was weather, which according to Google and simply looking outside, was not an issue, then later said he just got really busy. I informed him over 12 hours ago that if my deposit was not returned, I would leave this review. If anyone needs proof, I can provide screenshots. Yes, I understand it's just 50$ deposit, but like I told the owner, it's the principal of it, and the fact my husband and I agreed that we felt we were getting the run around with timing, especially since the owner was the one pushing for a deposit to SECURE the date and time.
