The Paint Company

We hired The Paint Company to paint our kitchen cabinets. We bought and gave them the corbels ($100) we wanted added to our island and they never came back to do it. They also painted our walls and were very sloppy - getting paint on our ceiling. We called, texted, emailed over and over and never got a reply. We sent a registered letter...and nothing. We were so disappointed with their unprofessional behavior. Now we have to find someone to finish our island. I would never recommend to anyone.

We hired The Paint Co. to paint the front exterior of a building we purchased. Their quote was several hundred more than all the others we received, but they also had extra things listed in their bid, so we went with that one, and didn't ask for the price match guarantee, since we didn't feel the quotes were comparable. We didn't get any of the extra things we were quoted for, and we also got a front facade that is full of paint runs and thin spots. I called to have them come out and fix it, and they came out and fixed roughly 1/3 of the issue. I reached out again and was ignored for weeks. Finally, I heard back that they were sending a refund. Great! Except the refund wasn't even 25% of the job, and we're still left having paid more than we would with a competitor for a job that still isn't right. Maybe it was a fluke, but Nathan was difficult to work with, even when we were clear on what was needed. I made the mistake of paying 100% up front, and I've learned my lesson on that for sure. Maybe they're find for interiors, but if you have a job that you need done right the first time, this isn't the place I'd recommend.

The crew did a wonderful job; they kept the mess to a minimum and completed the job in a timely manner. The owner, Nate Thomas was very easy to work with and was on the job daily so questions/issues were resolved quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for painting and interior projects.
