Gene inspected the foundation,garage and basement for possible entry sites. He found an area in the garage , filled it with copper mesh. He returned the following week to fill a few areas in the basement . He also gave me good advice about what to look for in future.

My wife was home, but she said the owner was very respectful, informative and polite. He sprayed for insects, set mouse glue traps, and he put screens around holes he found that potentially allowed insects/rodents in the house.
