I dont normally rate anything with all five stars, but Jerry (The Pest Expert) was had the best customer servvice I think I've ever experienced. He was the most honest and informative of all the exterminators we called, staying on the phone with me twice for a while, just educating us about our infestation and different routes we could take. He ended up spraying the house, the car, and the truck, three times, for about $500 with quality cedar oil. Without a doubt he was the most value for the dollar, and the only person who provided us with real info too. I highly reccommend.

I had yellowjacks program. He visited about 3 times and did not destroyed all pests. He did not removed the yellowjacks nest and after weeks, yellowjacks still are present. I then spred spectracide every evening for weeks. Set yellowjack traps and kell others pests. The problems continue but few pests appearing. now...........ralph L

The technician did an inspection and set traps and left traps and left extra traps for the tenants. He noted he could not see where they were entering the home. He was ask to return a little past the 30 day follow-up and he did. However, he showed up at the tentants home without calling and was rude. Maybe he was having a bad day. The bigger problem is, there is still a mouse problem.

The Pest Expert is the best!! They are available as soon as we called, and caught mouse after the first attempt. They are very friendly and I highly recommend to use their service.

Jerry did a great job. He arrived on time and worked very hard. He treated under the house inside and outside. I haven't seen an ant or a spider yet. Now I don't jump every time I see a little black speck. Thank you Jerry very much.

Very quick to respond and handled the problem quickly and effectively.

He came over promptly on the same day that I called when several others could not (one even wanted to come the following week when I had an immediate pest problem). He also stands behind his work and returns if needed.
