We have experienced pool cleaners and a very reasonable and helpful electrician. Serving the metroplex since 2004. TDLR Swimming pool electrical installer licensed and insured.

No problem, Joe set up the time. He was there on time and was prepared to do the job without any surprises. Note this was after SNOWMAGEDDON 2021 when parts was scarce, but managed to gather up everything needed. Scale from 1 (bad) to 10(excellent) Give him a TEN

I have been working with Joseph for a couple years now. When the winter storm occurred, Joseph was able to get the materials to conduct the repairs right away and was there to help during a stressful time. Joseph is very responsive, and is priced very reasonable. I have not had any issues after Joseph conducted the repairs. I would recommend for you to hire him for all of your pool needs!

I have used Joseph on multiple occasions for pool repairs over the last two years. He is responsive, honest, and reasonably priced. When my pool equipment all froze during the winter storm he was able to replace/fix all the equipment in a timely manner and got my pool back up and running quickly. He is always happy to provide me with advice as well on repairs which I really appreciate and one of the reasons why I keep using Joseph. I truly recommend!

Excellent professional work to locate and find leaks in pipes. Scuba diving in freezing cold water running tests and inspection. Highly recommend.

The service was great and the labor cost was very reasonable. Joseph was honest from start to finish. My pump was repaired within a day from my first contact with him, when another well-known pool service company couldn't fix it for 3 wks. I sure will use his service again and highly recommend him.

It went great. Joseph is a very nice man. He worked hard cleaning the spa and kept me informed as to how I might, in the future, possibly need a new pump as my system is pretty old. This is the second time he’s taken care of my spa and I would definitely call him again.

Joseph was punctual and patient to walk me through the basics and painstakingly took the time to clean the filters and change the gauge . Overall , he gave enough overview to understand what’s what on the pool equipment .

Joseph is all over the place with explanations. He thought initially it was the pool pump. We paid more than $1700.00 for the replacement of the pump and it worked for a few days. However, we were unable to program the pump and had to turn it off and on by hand, occasionally it would turn itself off after we turned it on. When I contacted him about the issue he had loads of excuses and one of them was an electrician. So, this leads me to believe that he installs pumps illegally?? He has no license to do this?? He was never able to return to fix anything, just spouted off many other 'problems' and said we'd probably need to drain the pool and do more tests, that there was a leak underground (despite the pool holding water). He went so far as to contact the pump manufacturer, who sent their guy out. The manufacturer said that Joseph did NOT use any sealant (teflon) and therefore the pump couldn't hold prime. We hired an independent pool guy who informed us that the manufacturer was correct, and also the wiring was completely wrong. We asked Joseph for a fund for his labor. He threatened me. I would highly recommend staying away from this guy, he knows nothing about repairs - that said, he may be fine sweeping the pool and adding chemicals.

"Up under no circumstance let this review give you anixety. Been trying to resolve issues with this lady for a week. Nothing is good enough. I repeat ,nothing wiil satisfy her. She did not pay 1700 dollars for a pump. She paid 1700 for two seperate days of work going on at her house. First day was 149 for service fee and filter cleaning, second day was pump and ALL of the suction valves and plumbing and 100 of it was taxes. "I" sent a guy there to see fix it, she did nothing but complain. My apologies go to unreasonable people. i do not abandon customers. It is shame that everyone will have to read through this mess. The issue has been resolved. Have a Good Day. oh yea, I have been listed with the TDLR licensing department since 2014. license dosent help for a pool with problems at every part it. That requires truth and resources. I hope this mess will inspire many people to have some faith. Probably would not hurt to blink as well. Take care. and be brave."

You can trust the owner, Josef, who is a rare combination of considerate, sincere and willing to give you an excellent deal. I talked to 3 other pool repair pros with high reviews on Thumbtack but Josef was the most transparent and sincere. As soon as I talked to Josef, stopped looking further. He and his team did a great replastering job for me at the lowest price actually. He even texted me a few times after the job and fully paid just to make sure everything was okay. He even gave me a few extra tips to take care my pool. I believe you can stop looking any further because you just found the guy you need for your pool.

We called RPS late Saturday afternoon and they were at our house in about 30 minutes. Joseph was able to diagnose problem quickly and returned on Monday to make needed repairs to pump and lights. We were very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to use him again to service our pool.
