I agreed to the price and we scheduled it for a Monday morning. Mid-morning they called and said they were behind and would be to my home at 2. The installers arrived at 2, explained what they were going to do and promised they'd be back in the morning. Tuesday came and went with no installers and they showed up Wednesday morning. Not good business period. I made a drone movie of the work done since I had probelms, sent it to the owner and received three long-winded emails patting himself on the back. I've been in business 23 years and with that kind of customer service I would have never made it.

3 montus afterbthey came out for an estimate i still have not received my qoute. I have called every week for 3 months and have been told i would get a call or am email and nothing. When i asked for info over the phone i was told they could not do that. Do not use this company

The men were very knowledgeable and were here for most of the day. The roof and all were washed off, all nests removed and all debris cleaned up. The netting looks great. We really appreciate the company getting us in , on such short notice.

"We are happy to hear that our applications served a great purpose by convincing the pigeons to move elsewhere. I am sorry to hear that you feel the application spots where not cleaned to your liking. One thing that you may not be aware of is that after we clean and treat spots, some of the pigeon droppings may remain under tiles and in crevices (such as under tiles and in deep corners of undershots/eves) that we are unable to get to. Rain may be able to wash out some of the leftover waste in those spots. If you believe the waste will not wash away, feel free to call our office and we would be happy to return to your home to remove the remains. Have a great day."

The Pigeon Guy called me promptly and came within one day for an estimate. He actually did the job the day he gave the estimate. It was raining so he had to leave and return and being that it was New Year's Eve, I was quite surprised. So far, no pigeons are congregating on the window ledge. One of the spikes has already broke, so I hope that none of the others will. <br />

The installation went smoothly and was done in a fairly timely manner. We don't get as many birds in the winter as summer so will have to wait and see how it well it will work then. So far it seems to be making a big difference.

The first installation was unsuccessful and I called their office and was ultimately told that they would not send a technician out because I was "nasty", and I would have to deal with the owner for any further assistance. When the owner returned from his vacation he did send the technicians out and they completed a new installation on 2 July. The installation worked; however, on 3 July a passerby called the fire department because she heard the static sounds of arcing wires. The firemen came out immediately and said it was a fire hazard and that I should call the installers back to fix it. I did that and the owner sent out technicians on 3 July and they fixed it. I believe I now have a working system; however, the 1 month it took to accomplish this was unacceptable to me. <br />
