I hired Edward for a water heater replacement based on the positive reviews and his availability for the job the following day. Edward and his son promptly arrived at my rental property and replaced the water heater. Right after the job was done, Edward texted me multiple times for payment. Unfortunately, I was not present that day, so I asked him if he installed the expansion tank as promised. I made the payment after he confirmed through text message. However, things took a disappointing turn. Edward seemingly vanished after receiving payment. He failed to provide a receipt despite my attempts to contact him via text and voicemail. Two weeks later, my tenants reported experiencing low water pressure since the installation. Frustrated by Edward’s lack of response, I had to hire a handyman to investigate the issue. As it turned out, the water heater valve wasn’t fully open, and to my surprise, the expansion tank had not been replaced as agreed upon. It’s been quite a hassle, and I’m left wondering about Edward’s professionalism and integrity.

"Ms. F very sorry that [Member Information Removed] gave us such we at the Plumbarius Company strive hard to to be as professional and trust worthy as possible, we completed your water heater as quoted, left the invoice in the mailbox as we converse back-and-forth on the phone twice, and the thermal expansion tank was not needed as there was [Member Information Removed] 5 gallon thermal expansion tank on the main line that serviced three water heaters. We had to drop the new heater down to 5 foot wall in order to get into the basement because there was 2 inches of mud through the passageway. Which made our job difficult, but we completed the task in [Member Information Removed] very professional manner."

They kept in contact, updated me on any schedule changes, arrived early, listened to my explanations, started promptly, kept the area clean during and after completing the repair.
