The Plumber

Tony and his partner were very nice and explained the process and even how to replace my water softener filter which he didn’t even have to do. He told me to let him know if I had any questions later and responded right away when I texted him with a reminder about the filter! I would definitely use him again.

Excellent. Tony was not only punctual & courteous but also kept us up to date when purchasing the water heater for us. He picked it up, brought it to our home & installed it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tony for any plumbing job.

He was very responsive, however, the problem came back after he left. I fortunately received a credit for the time we used him but it was frustrating that the same problem came back. He blamed me for his equipment breaking. He said his snake was not powerful enough and our drain broke his snake. My husband did not want to use his drill attached snake, that is why we called a professional. He was unprofessional in going on and on about his ex wife. When he came back the second time was only because he was the one that started it. His unprofessionalism made it a very uncomfortable experience.

Very well Tony was on time, very professional, great job, reasonable priced.

He came and when he told me he would, he was the only one that would crawl under the house and fix.

He did great.  The price was good.  I really needed that done and I don't know too much about plumbing, but the work he did, came by the house and looked at the pipe, then went and got the parts.  I'm not in that State but the house is.  My nephew let him in and everything was great.  The price was great.  The quality was good.  My nephew sent me pictures of the work he did - after it was broke and the water spilling out and everything - and all the parts were new.  He was on another job but as soon as he got done with that other job, he came straight to the house; my nephew was waiting on him and he was there like he said.   Those are good guys, The Plumber.  I live in another State and he still did the job and waited for me to send the money to him two days later.  I'm in Florida and the house is in Indiana. 

He was very approachable, had great ideas for the future and willing to work on a holiday weekend with a great attitude!

Everything went well. They provided a detailed quote of what was to be done. They started the date intended. They notified me of the progress made. We are very satisfied with the installation of our shower and sink. They stated that if we had any issues that their work is guaranteed, and to call as soon as possible with any problems. I would refer them for any plumbing work, and definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

The Plumber was very nice and very smart about the brand we purchased. He was able to work around and explain to me any differences in the structure of this (no touch sensor)American Standard in regards to a regular toilet. Tony showed me all the work that was needed on the day of the estimate.  When he returned, he notified me that he would be late, but complete all work in a timely fashion.  He had me review all the repairs.  I had been dealing with water in my basement for about a year and had several others recommend unsuccessful repairs.  He noted that the shutoff valve to the main waterline was not correctly placed and changed that.  I asked him to look at a "reclining" toilet.  I had it replaced to avoid any additional water leakage.  Tony and Steve are courteous, informative, and follow through with the needed work. They let me know when they were going to be late, when to expect them and checked to see if the later time was workable.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. <br />

Very please with "The Plumber". We purchased an older home in an historical neighborhood. This home required all new plumbing. "The Plumber" Tony Morales and his crew were very professional and helpful.They offered a contract which was specific and and detailed. It included a copy of their liabiliitiy insurance. Mr Moralis took the time to sit down with us and explain each and every detai and offered helpful suggestions in planning the plumbing needs for this old house.. Mr Morales and crew showed up when they said they would,cleaned up their work area each night before they left, and performed quality work in a timely fashion. One of the things I liked best about  "The Plumber" is the frequency that he would communicate with me and educate me on how the job was coming, and what to expect next. The plumbing crew was friendly and professional as well. The Plumber was competative and fair in in his pricing. I would highly reccommend using The Plumber. <br />

i called a few plumbers. he was the first to call back, he came looked at it...priced it ..went and got the parts...repaired it....all before anyone called me back

We needed 2 water heaters replaced. They were in closets in the garage. I bought the water heaters and needed to leave town for a week. The plumber picked up the water heaters at the store and started to install. He found out that I had bought water heaters that were too big to easily fit in the area and called me say that it would take longer for the job. Here is were I have heartburn....he should have told me of the problem when taking the water heaters out of the box and then we could have bought smaller heaters that fit in the space occupied by the old water heaters. His solution also blocked me from being able to put the best filters in my furnace.....I need to use the coarse flexible ones now. So I spent a few hundred dollars more than needed and have the furnace filter downgraded. <br /> <br />The heaters function well though.
