My home is older and the galvanized water pipes have been springing leaks. I called "The Plumber" (Chris) for an estimate to re-pipe the home. Chris promptly provided a well priced estimate for 100% PEX from the supply to the fixtures, new water heater and moving the main supply entry to the house. The Plumber crew was courteous, expedient (completed in a day) and kept a clean work area. I am pleased with the quote, The Plumbing work crew and the overall project. I would use again / recommend "The Plumber".

Service was excellent. I was happy that they were able to arrive earlier than they originally estimated. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. My drains were completely blocked the first time I called, and they needed to snake the lines. A week later there was another blockage, but by the time they arrived it had cleared by itself. They checked the drains and added a strong acid to the clean-out pipe as an added precaution to dissolve anything that might cause another blockage. I wasn’t charged for the second service call, but I was advised that if it should clog again in the near future, they recommend sending a camera through the pipes to visualize the problem. I’m pleased with my experience with The Plumber and will recommend them to others.

The crew of 3 did the job rapidly even replaced flanges as necessary. The job was finished in less than estimated time and below estimated cost. There was no mess or spilled water and everything was left very neat. These guys know what they're doing and care about your property.

I had been dreading this service call because I had ignored the problem too long. My inaction had allowed the problem to multiply which made the repair cost increase. Eddie was able to repair the immediate problem after making two trips to Home Depot for replacement parts to fix the multiple problems with the shower plumbing. We reviewed other minor plumbing problems in my 26 year old home. I plan to schedule another for a complete update of my plumbing fixtures in February.

This company is so courteous, honest, responsive and the work is perfect. Replaced all pipes in the house with PEX, replaced outside faucets, installed new water heater. Left no mess, and any cutting into the wall was made in a very inconspicuous manner, left covered by small plastic plates. The staff are very helpful and respond very quickly. The estimate given was the exact amount with no upsell or added charges.

Edward and Phillip arrived on time and went right to work. They had to cut some tile in order to make the toilet fit and did a very professional job. They explained what work was being completed as they went along and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. On top of this they were the lowest quote for the work. I would definitely use The Plumber out of Santa Fe Texas again.

I called them after Mr. Roooter came as part of an American Home Shield service request. They tried to rip me off and I knew it. They wanted $900 to install a clear out in my house before they’d even begin to try to snake my drain. The Plumber came within an hour of me calling, they told me exactly what it would cost to begin snaking with a small machine, $189. We tried that for an hour, they asked if I wanted to move onto the bigger machine for another $100. We tried that for another hour. The next step was the $289 two-man giant machine. They had to come back the next day. They came at exactly the time I requested, and within an hour it was cleared. They were polite, friendly, thorough, and they didn’t try to rip me off. I highly recommend them!!
