Fine workman. Nice and communicative. It took 4 hours and the drain works great! But $800 for one man for 4 hours. Outrageous. I feel like I was robbed. <br />

Went very well, but anything outside a baic install was expensive (ex: replace the toilet's floor mounting ring) <br />

I had purchased a big deal for the service. The service was fine.

We purchased a Big Deal for this job. Technician was punctual, professional and did a great job. He also removed the old toilet and cleaned up really well. <br />

The service worked out okay. I bought the toilet on sale, and he came by and installed it in a common bathroom. I did not pay anything additional. I had to buy the actual toilet kit. We had a leak in our master bedroom and bathroom, and it came from the toilet itself, and so we had a lot of work done, and we put a new type model. This house is like 37 years old, and the new one is very good, it flushes fast, and is quiet, and it only takes 1.8gallons of water. They are very water efficient. We liked it so much, that we said that we should replace the other one too, and then I happened to see the big deal. I called the supplier, and told them what I wanted, and they had it on sale, so I went ahead and replaced it. Now we have two. Everything works alright, the only problem I noticed is that the screw that holds the toilet seat down on one side came loose and I just tightened it with a screw driver, but it won't catch the seat tightly, so I am not sure what is going on with that. They came, they were reasonably fast, and they did a good job. We didn't have any issues. The price was good. Everything worked right when they were done, and they installed it right. They came pretty quick. They were on time, they were professional, and they put it in. They did what they were supposed to do, and they did it fine.

She was great! <br /> Because of her terrific organizational skills and customer-centered focus, we were <br /> able to take delivery and have installation on the same day. <br /> Dale, our installer did an excellent  job. We were very happy with his knowledge, skill and professionalism. <br /> Will definitely use them and request Dale. <br />

The customer service representative from The Plumber was very friendly and accommodating when scheduling the appointment.  The plumbing technician, Willie Day, was very prompt, actually a few minutes early.  He identified himself and was extremely professional.  Willie did an excellent job removing the existing toilet and installing the new one.  He was very respectful and professional during the service.  Willie took care to protect the flooring in the bathroom, he was clean and neat with the removal and install.  The job went perfect.  I would definitely use The Plumber and Willie again. <br />

It wasn't a good deal at all. It seemed like price fixing, due to the fact that my $200 would have only cost $75 elsewhere. It felt like a bait-and-switch.

The plumber was punctual and did a great job. I thought the price was a bit high for replacing an elbow joint ($270.52) but thank goodness this was an Angie's List Big Deal because it saved me $200.00. I would use The Plumber again only if it was a Big Deal. <br />

He is really helpful.  They arrived on time and went above and beyond on what they have to do.  The price is cheaper and the service is better. 

Great job!  The process started with a detailed estimate/proposal for the required work that was a guaranteed, fixed-price.  Then, he arrived on-time and was very careful to protect our property and ensure we were happy with the work being done as it progressed.  All of the water supply lines in the house are PVC instead of copper, and many of these run through foundation walls as a result of an addition several years ago - all of these factors created extra challenges/work, but they honored the guaranteed price.  Overall, this as an easy, stress-free experience and I would recommend The Plumber to anyone. <br />

When the base of the toilet broke and water leaked on the floor, I went into action.  We do have <br /> another toilet in the house so I could take time a little time to research... I have not change a toilet <br /> in many years and thought it was simple job.  When I looked at the consumer magazines to get a <br /> idea of the most reliable and reasonably priced replacement I could get, I was struck by the new water <br /> flush use and other new requirements on a toilet... I did a bit of research at local home improvement <br /> stores using the information I had read and found that there was some inconsistencies between the <br /> toilet models available at these stores, versus the consumers list best performance models which I <br /> wanted but could not find at the stores.   I decided that this was the time to get a plumber to figure <br /> all of this out.  Using Angies List I found The Plumber Inc , and Bob came out to help us out...He <br /> patiently went over my list questions I had made from my consumers magazine research, and made <br /> some great recommendations to help me decide choices.    <br /> In about 20 minutes we were done and  toilet selection was made.  I had found that Bob had <br /> all of the 6 top rated brand toilets right in his warehouse to choose from.  Bob went to work and <br /> we got our, new very quiet Gerber Viper toilet installed, and has performed superbly.  Also Thanks to <br /> Bob's willingness to share his expertise with me, I also came away feeling good that I made a <br /> well informed decision....    <br /> Thank you Bob and Plumbers Inc <br />

They were fine.

I did not like the service at all. He was late, and he overcharged me. It was not a good experience. I declined his service, because he was over priced. I used someone else. He didn't really apologize for being late.

They were professional.  They came out but I was a little bit disappointed because he told me that I needed a new toilet.  And I just bought the toilet like maybe two or three years ago, and he said that in order for them to correct the problem, he felt like that if he took it up and if the flash was bad and it was cracked then I would probably need a new toilet.  More or less I just told him just to hold off because I didn't want to do all that until I want another estimate and point of view on what was exactly wrong with the toilet.  I still had to pay him though which I was disappointed.  I was disappointed in the service.   I would say I will give him a "C".   He was professional on what he did and he took the part, and did the details and all like that but it was like I'm sorry but that's what it is.

The plumber successfully installed the faucet on the kitchen sink, but I declined to have him install the smaller bar faucet I had bought because it was going to cost another $365. This provided doesn't work by the hour but rather offers services at flat rates based on the job, and the prices seemed extremely high to me. The total cost I paid was $100 less than the flat rate because of the Angie's List deal that I bought, but I hope that I can find a provided who has more reasonable prices. <br />

The technician was qualified.  He was polite and knew his job well.  I was a bit shocked that the coupon I purchased $200.00 worth of plumbing services for $100 did not have much bearing on the work to be performed.  With the coupon, the total outlay for the work performed was approximately $500.  This amount included the $100 spent on a $200 coupon. I felt that the prices were inflated (as shown in his price book) and the work to be performed could have been done reasonably with another provider. <br /> I felt cheated. <br />
