"[member name removed] Yes replaced had four separate visits to your home,as we tried to replace all the parts in your grohe unit several times. We replaced the thermostatic unit twice ( this handles the temp) we replaced the handle that was stripped from use ( this turns it on and off) we replaced the stops and all with just one visit charge of $125. The rest that was charged was parts at cost to you, also took an additional $154 out of my pocket to replace the stops and $66 for the stripped trim that was you were not asked to pay. I showed the metal pieces that came from somewhere other then your valve that may have been a cause of the leak to your husband. I also discussed replacing the valve with another at below cost to replace. I strive to make everyone happy and believe I have done my best to get this repaired but have been unable to because of an unforeseen problem that exists with the valve or the parts. Again, I have replace all the parts to your shower unit and have done this with the correct parts from grohe. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused."
"(removed member name) My name is (removed member name) and I was the plumber who had serviced your home. You had called to have a garbage disposal replaced since you believed that the current one was broken, this was not the case. The garbage disposal was clogged/jammed and only needed to be unjammed, which We did. We did not charge you a $75 service fee.We did charge you to replace the leaking tubular trap connected to your garbage disposal. We also did not look around your home looking to sell you any additional services on purpose, but your kitchen faucet was leaking all over your countertop and down into your cabinet below, I only meant to prevent further damage to your rental unit . Your bill was lower then the quote given to you verbally over the phone. Thank you The Plumbing Doctor"
