The Plumbing Therapist

He was great, when I tried to book him again he was so over booked and He could  not do the job. He is a one man business. He called me in advance to see what I wanted done, and told me what he thought might work in my bathroom as in way of faucets.

It is always a pleasure working with Mike. His politeness and professionalism will brighten your day. When he took my case, I knew I can put my plumbing problem behind my back because he is that good. He thoroughly examed the pipe under the shower pan and found the problem was incorrect caulking of the shower fixtures. He showed me how to fix the problem by myself. When I asked him how much I owe him, he said no charge. I asked again to be sure, and he said he was not in the house long so he won't charge me. But believe me, he stayed at least 20 minutes to make sure all the issues were discovered. Thank you so much Mike.

I got a great plumber from you guys.  It cost nothing. It is just the excellent service. Like our kitchen sink faucet, we didn't even realize that it had a lifetime warranty on it. The part itself didn't cost us anything. He has been helpful with our other plumbing problems. I wouldn't trade him for anybody

I have used them 2 or 3 times. The price was reasonable. Just one guy came out and he was absolutely punctual. He is great, and he has a sense of humor, and he doesn't talk down to you. He has all the things that are important, and I felt comfortable with him here. He left the area pristine.

It went very well. There wasn't a lot of work that needed to be done. They showed me how to drain the water heater.

The Plumbing Therapist was on time, provided me a good quote and was ready to complete the job that day.  I added another requirement and he came back the next morning to finish the job.  The plumber was polite, knowledgeable and ready to work. I would recommend the Plumbing Therapist to my neighbors. <br />

I also inquired as to several other projects I may or may not have done in the future.  One was the best way to get hot water into the kitchen and guest bath faster as I am having to run the hot water valve a long time to get hot water.  We also looked at my hot water heater to see if it was giving off any unusual amounts of calcium/iron deposits as I have some stains on my sinks that appear to be from that source.  Hot water heater seems ok for now.  Mike also gave me ideas on how to clean the calcium deposits and wax the master bath sink surface to have sink look shiny again. Last resort I could replace sinks. I inquired into having my spa tub motor serviced and Mike made a suggestion as to who could do a good job. There was never any pressure to do any additional work which I very much appreciated. <br />

It was fine. They responded and came quickly. The price seemed reasonable for the work that was performed.

<p>We woke up in the morning to sinks, shower and toilets that would not drain and were backing up with water and waste. Found The Plumbing Therapist on angies list. We called them as soon as they were open and they were at the house by 10:00 am the same day.</p> <p>Michael was the serviceman and he did a super job. Mike arrived within the estimated timeframe and went right to work.  We also appreciate that he placed paper covers on his shoes to avoid tracking anything into the house. <br /> Mike immediately saw the need to replace the hot and cold water intake valves as part of the new install - something I would not have known.  Also, obviously, he has all the right tools for the job.  That's why we prefer to use a professional rather than attempt DIY fixes. <br /> Mike did the whole job in just about an hour.  Before he left, he even made sure that I understood the new faucet has a lifetime warranty, so be sure to call the manufacturer if anything at all goes wrong.  That's the extra measure of customer service that The Plumbing Therapist always provides. <br /> We have used The Plumbing Therapist in the past and we are always impressed with their promptness, friendliness, courtesy, honesty, professionalism and the quality of the work.  The cost of the service was exactly as estimated and included the promised 15% off labor for Angie's List members. <br /> You don't think much about how often you go to the kitchen sink every day until it's out of action for a few days!  Now we have a nice new faucet. <br /> Thank you, Mike and Bonnie! <br />

Mike came back when the job wasn't originally completed. He also ran to the hardware store when a part was needed. It was tough to get a hold of TPT but I like their persistence. They returned my call again and again until,we connected. But it's a B on responsiveness because it would have been better if they answered when called.

Excellent, prompt and did it well.

Their cost was just for the labor because the water heater was under warranty.  Their professionalism, service and cleanup were all excellent.  I would recommend them.  They were good.  The person who came was very conscientious, courteous and helpful.  They were a little bit late getting here the first time.

The service was excellent. The scheduling did take a little while but the service was good and I would definitely use them again.
