The Plumbing Two

Rick was amazing. I had an emergency situation with a leak that started in the upstairs bathroom and leaked to the ceiling downstairs. I'm so grateful Rick answered my call and arrived within a half hour. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and gave me great advise on next steps. He will definitely be my go to person from now on.

It went great! I will call Rick again when I replace my water heater. I highly recommend Rick and his crew.

Ricky and his team did an excellent job, beginning with identifying the work that needed to be done even though it was not immediately apparent, and then working very quickly through a project that was much more significant than originally expected. They worked very efficiently, and took great care with the rest of the house, covering things in plastic, and doing all work requiring power tools outside to avoid excessive dust, even though it made their job more difficult. He also communicated very clearly and consistently with me so that I always knew the current status, the next steps, the process and solutions, and the timing. I am very appreciative of his excellent work and his kind and communicative manner through the process. And the end result looks excellent.
