What a horrible experience with Shane, sadly. He wanted to show me how he vacuums the pool floor and so I noticed remaining pieces of leaves at the bottom so I mentioned to him and he fully rolled his eyes at me. I really did not appreciate that. I'm not sure what you're doing in the service business if you roll your eyes at a paying customer, even if they are picky or precise. That's not fair or nice. I mentioned to him that and he responded that he doesn't think he can make me happy, mind you this is just in our second visit. He then stormed off without even finishing that service visit. I texted him that he needs to reimburse me for half of the incomplete month and for the $75 stabilizer that I prepaid for the full year. He reimbursed me $60 and I have yet to receive my $75. I also think he blocked me. I
